There is a large tree at the back of the property, so there may be leaves and debris accumulated in the gutters, particularly around the rear of the house. The job includes: * Cleaning leaves and debris from all gutters * Checking and clearing gutter outlets/downpipes where required * Removing and disposing of all debris after cleaning * Taking a few before-and-after photos of the gutters Please bring your own ladder, equipment and tools required to complete the job safely. I have a patio roof leak during rain. It is a one story house. I noticed water dripping from a few points (4-5）around the patio roof beam joints / screw areas. I live in body corporate area, they require construction by tradie with license and insurance. I am building a 20m2 deck, .35m h using steel posts, 140 x 45 bearers and 90 x 45 joists, merbau top of 140mm, plus 10m x 6m skillion roof, fixed to channel on house and out to 10m beam mounted on 3 x 100mm2 merbau posts, two fixed to existing patio concrete floor and one fixed to concrete under deck (prior to construction). I have 4 downpipes that need to be replaced. 3 on grass and 1 on concrete. Just an update, just the bottom part of the down pipes are damaged due to whipper snipping, so ideally i dont want to replace the whole thing just patch it up or fix the small lower section near the base that is damaged.
