I am looking for an experienced handyman or roofer to replace the old, dirty polycarbonate sheets on my outdoor pergola. We are preparing the house for sale and want the roof to look brand new and clear Scope of Work: Remove & Dispose: Take down the existing dirty/damaged twin-wall polycarbonate sheets and take them away (Rubbish removal required). Install New Sheets: Install new standard clear corrugated polycarbonate sheets (single layer). Final Check: Ensure all sheets are securely fastened with roofing screws and the area is left clean.

There is one gutter valley (marked in red) needing through cleanup as it seems blocked with stuff causing water ingress. Due to steep pitch roof at the front, you may need tall ladder to manage access to the top. Jobs required: - Clean out accumulation of debris, leaves, and branches along the gutter valley - Seal any broken tiles if any - Take before/after photos I will be meeting you on site and can assist you like holding the ladder. This is a tenanted house.

I've got a car Audi A5 convertible 2011 so recently my car got sunroof issue like before 1 week ago it was working perfectly then suddenly one day a plastic part came from behind of the rear seat which opened while the sunroof was going to open or close.
