I need to soundproof my door as noise from inside the room travels out quite easily.

need help to put extra drainage hole in gutter box on second floor near balcony of house due to overflow of gutter and now having enough drainage points when it rains heavy and backs up on deck

Total house gutter cleanout, quite high in areas

Rectification is required for the incorrectly installed gutter section. Nails were used instead of proper screws, and two fixing points have come loose. Additionally, one gutter support strap is unsecured and needs to be re-fixed appropriately. Photos attached. Front of the house: single-storey, easy access. Approx. 5 to 6 metres affected.

I need some one to climb up the roof about 2.5 m can access easily with appropriate ladder to cover a damaged skylight - a 20 cent piece hole on the skylight lid - I will provide a polythene cover and water resistant tape and you need to apply it . I don’t have a ladder of that length otherwise can be done DIY

After cleaning gutter, you will need to take picture of the cleaned gutters to showjobis done properly, as last time the person said they cleared but they didn't.
