Down pipe going down the ground (fix the t connection ) Section at the extension end small dimension pipe to go down the ground along the existing down pipe. The house is 2 stories. The down pipe (100X75 MM) as shown in the pictures got rusted and rainwater is leaking at the time of heavy down pour. I think this needs to be replaced. We have got total 8 down pipes and all excluding the item in the picture are all good.

The leak from the air conditioning vent appears as water droplets dripping from the ceiling vent.
