Car roof got rusty .. need to clean and repaint

Water tank leak at roof. There is a constant water leak happening from the roof and most probably from hot water system

The AC unit was recently installed. The inside unit is piped to a drain but the outdoor unit drips water directly onto the ground. I need a proper drain line run from the outdoor unit base overflow into the downpipe which is on the other side of a wall which is the unused outside toilet. Refer to photos. You will need to provide the necessary equipment and tools to complete the work.

The downpipe’s connection to the drain is broken per photo. Need it fixed. There are two of them.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind).
