The garden shed needs to be sealed from a few sides so rain water can not leak in. Also it doesn't have any bottom of its own and is kept on a concrete floor (not bolted again).. I don't want to bolt it down but waterproof the bottom also somehow (either using a tarp or raise it or do something else that I cannot think of).
