I'd like to replace the existing polycarbonate roof sheets with Laserlite 3000, in two patios(area size: about 25.27 m2, and 8.7m2). The frames are timber. The current roof sheets are attached to the gutters with silicon. I'd like to the new ones linked to the gutters with "channel flashing" as per the installation guidelines by the manufacturer.

The outside wall of the water heater tank is damage. Need something to cover the tank temporary, so that it could still last for a while. Anyone could reach the roof and attach some tape and cover will do.The water heater is working perfectly well, so no other fixing needed to the machine itself.

High pressure wash the roof, Replace broken tile, repair flashings, and apply sealants.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind).
