Middle part of shed roof need replacement with new colorbond back side of shed.

Persistent noise coming from the eaves/roof area of my double-storey home during windy days/nights. The source is unknown and may be related to the eaves, guttering, roofing components, or movement of materials. Looking for an experienced roofer to inspect, diagnose the cause, and provide repair recommendations if required. Photos attached of noisy area.

There are several cracks in the ceiling plaster, and a few brick corners near the ceiling are exposed and need to be sealed

I just need a few tiles fixed on my roof 6 or so ridging tiles and then just 2 or so chipped ones. I don't want a full restoration, just to make it water tight and fix the damage caused my trees falling on the roof over the years. Thanks!

Concrete tile. Maybe a ridge cap issue.

Water ingress in three spots (photos attached showing leaks from inside the roof cavity): 1. Leak repairs - Water tracking in behind flashing near the rear downpipe - Several cracked tiles at the rear over the kitchen - Leak on the side at the back above the hot water pipes – possibly cracked tiles, needs inspection 2. Drainage/stormwater upgrades Whole-house catchment currently runs to only 2 downpipe points – too much water, not enough discharge. Rear downpipe off the rain head isn't spreading properly onto the lower back roof (main leak driver). Scope: - Modify rear downpipe to spread evenly across lower back roof - Add overflow holes to rear lower guttering - Inspect ridge pointing below upper rear rain head for cracks; repoint if needed - Replace eaves gutter with slotted overflow-style gutter - Add extra rain heads and discharge points Please quote fixed price with itemised breakdown. I have input a budget but can go above that if required.

Leaky roof leading to water coming in through the walls/roof

Instal new fan and repair damaged roof around fan hole (see images). All electrical allowances are in, simple wire up / fit and repair surrounding area. Hole is 240mm (I already have the correct fan)

I have a tile which has dislodged and needs to have mortar repaired and put back. It is on the second story. Only experienced roofers considered and if you break a tile you must replace it (I have spares). Work ideally done on a Friday or weekend.

Repair of steel sheet at home leaking on the sides as gap between the sheets

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

I have a small water damaged plaster section of roof that needs to be cut out, removed, replaced and repaired. Area is only 2000mm x 500mm approximately. On a ground floor standard ~2400 room height etc. The water issues have all been cleared up, so this is the last bit of clean up. You can access on weekends also if need be. Quote needs to include removing waste and a clean up. We should be able to curtain off this area easy enough to minimise sanding dust. Quote excluding painting, but needs to be neat fully prepped for paint. Note the vent in pictures want need to go back in.

During heavy rain the water leaks from near the flashing on the carport onto our front porch. I’ve taken a photo and needs someone to come and fix the flashing.

Roof leak above window needs checking and repair. Water is leaking around a timber window frame, causing damp and mould inside. There is also water staining above the window outside. Single-storey 1970s home with a terracotta tile roof. Need someone to find the leak and fix it, or provide a quote if more work is required. May need gutters cleaned also.

Solution: cement affected tiles? probably minor flashing required 2. Gutter cleaning (annual maintenance) Context. This house is situated on an elevated land. Frontend appears to be a two storey house, but its only 1 level.
