I have a Golf GTI mark 6,2010. The sunroof opens but doesnt close properly . It closes flat ways but the tilt mechanism seems stuck and won't allow the glass to flatten down so that the sunroof can fully close. Mechanic has checked it and told me that it needs a part that he can't get due to the parts companies wanting to sell him a full unit that it doesn't need. I'm located in Point Cook. I have a fully closed garage to use if required for the repair.

Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. We have a leak in our roof causing some water damage in roof of our bathroom. We presume there is a leak in the corrugated iron roof. There are also some sections of iron lifting up that need fixing. This is an old red corrugated iron roof.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain. They are approximately in line with the flashing on the roof over the garage where the roof meets the second storey brickwork. There is possibly a second leak towards the gutter on the boundary side. The roof is lined with flat concrete roof tiles. Refer to the photos attached. Please quote for the following: 1. Investigate the leaks and identify areas that require repairing. 2. Assess any damage to the ceiling plasterboard and frame caused by the leak. 3. Apply a permanent repair that is compliant with the Building Code of Australia.
