Topping tiles need to be reinstalled after they were torn off by wind.

Hi, we need the roof repaired. Part of which was almost ready to fall so we pulled it out to prevent injury if it failed suddenly on someone head, due to high wind. Need it screwed back and plastered to smooth finish & repainted. We are in Craigieburn. Please see pictures. Thanks

I have a 2010 Teague one. The roof lining is sagging. It has been tried to be repaired and there are some contact glue marks that need to be removed. The headlining then needs to be attached to the ceiling of the car.

Roof repair and maintenance, timber flashing replacement

Looking for a qualified and licensed roof plumber to fix a roof leak (which looks like it was previously fixed). Flood test, check, replace or fix flashing etc as needed. Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. I’m open to other maintenance suggestions, whilst onsite. Ignore my $10 budget, please quote. Regards, Adrian.

We have a leak in our roof causing some water damage in roof of our bathroom. We presume there is a leak in the corrugated iron roof. There are also some sections of iron lifting up that need fixing. This is an old red corrugated iron roof.

Few roof tile has cracks and needs repair

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage.
