Damage inside roof need fixing, removal and repair needed in the inside of the garage corner spot.

I’m looking for an experienced renderer to repair and re-render part of an exterior wall on an upstairs balcony in Carrum. Recent roof and gutter repairs around this wall have left some of the foam backing exposed near the top. The wall is approximately 3.2m high. The left section is about 97cm wide and has foam backing behind the render, while the adjoining section to the right has brick backing. There was previously a crack in the foam-backed section as the house settled, around the point where the different substrates meet. This was temporarily patched and painted, but I would now like the area properly repaired and re-rendered. My preference is to: 1) Re-render just the foam-backed section on the left, from top to bottom, rather than the entire wall if practical 2) Properly repair the exposed foam and previous cracked area 3) Include an expansion/control joint where the foam-backed and brick-backed sections meet if this is the appropriate way to prevent future cracking 4) Match the existing rendered texture and Colorbond Monument colour as closely as possible The entire two-storey wall is likely to be repainted shortly afterwards, so an absolutely perfect colour match isn’t essential. Access is from the upstairs balcony. Photos show the wall, exposed foam, previous repair and approximate dimensions. Please include all materials and let me know your proposed repair/rendering method when quoting. I can provide more photos if needed.

I need a qualified plasterer to repair roof where there was a leak

Description: Water is leaking heavily through our low-pitch terracotta tile verandah/pergola roof. The overall roof area is compact, roughly 5m wide by 1.8m deep. The main issue is in the back-left corner (as pictured), where the flashing has lifted/perished and tiles have shifted or are missing beneath a PVC downpipe elbow, leaving an open void where water enters directly. Scope of work: - Inspect the leak area and the rest of the 5m x 1.8m roof section. - Supply and install appropriate flashing (lead/apron/soaker) properly integrated with the brickwork and downpipe exit. - Re-seat and replace any missing, cracked, or displaced terracotta tiles (i have 4-5 spares) - Check surrounding joins and ensure the penetration is completely watertight. - Tidy up and remove any job debris. Requirements: -Experienced roof plumber or licensed roofer - Must bring own ladder, tools, and required materials (flashing, sealants, replacement terracotta tiles if needed).

Part of tin shed roof needs pop riveting and made waterproof

I've identified one specific point where water is coming in on the ceiling(photo 1). I suspect the leak might be related to damage to the roof. I've attached photos (2 & 3) showing the front and back of my townhouse, which are the two possible access points to the roof. After checking myself, I suspect the red point that I marked in photo 4 is the leaking point. Please provide information on your inspection fee and estimated total repair cost (including materials). Damaged section of tiled roof needs urgent repair. Roof tiles and supporting timber have deteriorated/collapsed around an electrical/communications box, which is now hanging/poorly supported. A few Roof tiles has moved from its place on the back of the double story house. Need someone to come and fix tiles

Persistent noise coming from the eaves/roof area of my double-storey home during windy days/nights. The source is unknown and may be related to the eaves, guttering, roofing components, or movement of materials. Looking for an experienced roofer to inspect, diagnose the cause, and provide repair recommendations if required. Photos attached of noisy area.

Instal new fan and repair damaged roof around fan hole (see images). All electrical allowances are in, simple wire up / fit and repair surrounding area. Hole is 240mm (I already have the correct fan)

I have a tile which has dislodged and needs to have mortar repaired and put back. It is on the second story. Only experienced roofers considered and if you break a tile you must replace it (I have spares). Work ideally done on a Friday or weekend.

Repair of steel sheet at home leaking on the sides as gap between the sheets

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

I have a small water damaged plaster section of roof that needs to be cut out, removed, replaced and repaired. Area is only 2000mm x 500mm approximately. On a ground floor standard ~2400 room height etc. The water issues have all been cleared up, so this is the last bit of clean up. You can access on weekends also if need be. Quote needs to include removing waste and a clean up. We should be able to curtain off this area easy enough to minimise sanding dust. Quote excluding painting, but needs to be neat fully prepped for paint. Note the vent in pictures want need to go back in.

During heavy rain the water leaks from near the flashing on the carport onto our front porch. I’ve taken a photo and needs someone to come and fix the flashing.

Roof leak above window needs checking and repair. Water is leaking around a timber window frame, causing damp and mould inside. There is also water staining above the window outside. Single-storey 1970s home with a terracotta tile roof. Need someone to find the leak and fix it, or provide a quote if more work is required. May need gutters cleaned also.
