Repair a plasterboard ceiling in the garage. The ceiling will need to be cut open to check for any leaks. If no leak is found, patch and repair the plasterboard. Looking for someone who can do this ASAP.

We are looking for someone experienced with roof repairs to inspect and fix a roof leak at our house. During rain, water appears to be entering around our wood stove and leaking through the ceiling near that area. The leak seems to come from around the penetration rather than through it, so it may be related to flashing, sealant, or waterproofing around the roof fitting. Scope of work: Inspect the roof area around the penetration to identify the source of the leak Repair or reseal flashing / waterproofing as needed Ensure the area is properly sealed to prevent future leaks The roof penetration is a metal pipe that goes through the roof. Roof access: The house is two storeys on the side where the leak is visible, but the roof is accessible from the opposite side which is single storey. Access should therefore be possible from that side, but appropriate roof safety equipment may still be required. Please bring appropriate tools and materials for a typical flashing/seal repair. Noticed a small leak coming from lounge room ceiling, insurance won’t cover the repair as the damage is from poor workmanship from before we purchased the house. Seeking a qualified and insured roof plumber to fix the leak/leaks. Roof is sheet metal where the leak is believed to be coming from, the rest of the roof is decramastic roof, however I don’t believe the leak to be coming from that part of the roof. Colour bond carport roof is leaking. House tile roof is fine and out of scope. Suspect the bolts need gaskets or sorta around them as the leak is dispersed across the area. Safety equipment recommended due to height. Ladder required. A guarantee/warrantee is requested.

Wind turbine has blown off in storm - either needs refitting or a new one fitted. Small pipe chimney needs pulling out and a patch applied. Roof is corrugated iron. Must have qbcc licence.
