Unfortunately, we do not have photos and are quite unsure about the condition of the roof, so we are looking for free quote inspection to quote for the repairs. Please see the following words from a building report: "The bedding and pointing is deteriorated - Re-bedding and pointing is required to the ridge line inclusive of weep holes.
