The roof liner in my 2009 Audi Q5 has begun to sag and needs to be repaired

Remove cracked roof tile. > A part tile had slipped into the front valley about midway up. > There was a corner missing off a tile in the same valley at the top > A second valley also had a full tile that had slipped down and there was a 3mm gap ( seen by the colour change from the repair in the photo)

There were a couple of damages we had in the last storm and I need a handy man to get materials (I don’t have a car) and fix it. 1). There is a hole in our roof of the garden deck. As I am selling my house, I need some minor repairs done to cracks in the tile mortar and a valley tile which is loose/slipping down which were flagged in the building inspection, single story home – images from the building report attached.
