I'm looking for a roofer to carry out repairs to an older tiled roof at my property in mayfield. The roof has many broken tiles, rusted valley irons, a few broken ridge caps, dektites and flashing that needs replacement. As well as some fretting. Have damage to approx 30m2 (could be a bit more) of metal sheeting on roof of my double story home (approx 8-10 x 3m sheets) Existing sheets require removal and replacement, including flashings & ridge capping Also require repairs to damage of carport (if can be completed at same time great, but not as priority as house roof repairs) - remove and replacement 6 x 3.6m2 metal sheets (plus capping and flashings) - remove and replace gutter (approx 6m length single gutter) - repair a truss member and reinstall barge board Damage caused by falling trees Have tried a few local roofers but appreciate it is a fairly small job so struggling to find anyone with the time Flexible with time - ideally in the next few weeks or at least prior to Christmas if possible

Leak from rear skillion section. Open, remove tiles from rear skillion section of roof. Inspect, repair, replace sisilation paper as required. Install paper all the way to skylight section. Refit roof battens and tiles to section, replace as required. Refit skylight section, secure and seal. Refit, repair lead flashing to gable of skillion where meets main roof. Ensure this section of roof only is watertight, secure, remove rubbish.

I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images

Need roof tile repair. Mainly two corners per photos. Any similar tile is fine, doesn't need to match fully. Also there is around 10-15 other tiles that are chipped/need replacement. I don't have any spare tiles so please provide tiles

Roof Leaks after yesterday’s rain. Need to figure out the issue and get it fixed. A roofer fixed it 2 years ago, but it is back again.
