There is a hole somewhere in the roof above my kitchen. Roof cavity is easily accessible and is standing height. Roof itself is tile and steep. I need the hole repaired and the small damage to the ceiling in the kitchen repaired. The damage is roughly 10cm by 5cm. I need the job done as soon as possible before more damage is done. I have an older cottage and in the severe rain a few weeks ago I had water ingress. I believe this to be from around where the screws fit tin to batons - I need roof checked and screws resealed. I dont have actual pictures of the roof as I am unable to climb up but front the pictures of the internal leaks I am able to pin point the approximate areas of the problem.
