The existing seal has deteriorated and needs resealing 2. Overflow occurs where roof tiles meet a metal roof section. Requires Installation of transition flashing (please refer to photos). Qualified tradeperson and proof of repairs is required. Please provide a quote for the above items instead of inspection

1 tile, 1 baton and 2sqm of sarking need to be replaced. Roof is quite steep so if you can do it from the inside it will be easier. We will need a letter with photos showing it’s fixed for our insurance.

Need a fully qualified and fully insured roofer to conduct roof repairs to our roof. we require: 1. Remove and dispose of approximately 63 metres of existing gyprock materials from the roof parapet walls.   2. Supply and install structural plywood and sarking around roof parapet walls after the existing gyprock material is removed from these roof parapet walls. Coloubond flat steel is to be installed on top of this. To reduce cost if the structural plywood is not required or not required around the total roof parapet walls this will save us costs.     3. Supply and install Colorbond flat steel on the side of the parapet walls, existing cappings to remain.   4. Supply and install aluminium mesh leaf guard.   5. Supply and install 4 aluminium rainwater heads prefreably high capacity rainheads as existing ones are rusted and have falled off.   6. Supply and install 4 overflow outlets.   7. Supply and install new 6.2mm x 50mm roofing screws with washers (B8 coated, corrosion resistant) to be used for existing cappings as current screws have either fallen out or need replacing. Roof leak detected during heavy rain for a two stories house. Sarking is damanaged and water is dripping onto the ceiling plasterboard. Need to find the root cause why water is dripping from roof tile to the sarking, fixing it and and also need to patch the sarking.

My 105 series 2001 model land cruiser has a sunroof in it. It hasn’t been operational for a long time. Closed shut. Lately there have been some water leak inside the vehicle. I have removed all the interior trim pieces and seats. Turns out this is an after market unit. If possible I need it fixed. Otherwise I’d like the gutters to be cleaned so no more leaks. Last solution Im thinking of is to delete it and weld a piece of sheet metal to the roof. The job should be easy as you won’t need to waste time with trims removal and reinstall. Only the roof problem needs attention. I’m willing to spend fair amount on the job but not want to break the bank. Plus I’m willing to help out during the process as well (as an apprentice)

I'm looking for a roofer to carry out repairs to an older tiled roof at my property in mayfield. The roof has many broken tiles, rusted valley irons, a few broken ridge caps, dektites and flashing that needs replacement. As well as some fretting. I'm not after a roof replacement, I just want someone to come out and fix it up for me. Thanks

I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.
