On valley close to affected bedroom area.We recommend the owner has weep holes applied to all main ridgelines Aprox30lm.Has all cut valley tiles cut back to allow a 100mm gap.Has lead flashings around chimney removed and replaced in full with new ensuring appropriate coverage is achieved all around.

I’m looking for someone experienced to repair or replace the fibreglass roof of my 2014 Hino 300 Pantech (4.5T truck). The roof currently has a leak and is sagging, so it will need a new frame or bracing support as part of the repair. Ideally, I want the leak properly sealed and the structure reinforced so it’s good as new. Im happy to replace fibreglass with another cheaper material like stainless steel etc. Truck body dimensions: • Length: 4.2m • Width: 2.2m • Height: 2.2m Important notes: • Roof material: Fibreglass • Will need structural bracing to fix sagging • Open to either high-quality repair or a full roof replacement depending on your recommendation I’m flexible with timing but would like to get it sorted ASAP. The corner appears to have a rotting fascia or bargeboard. The damaged timber will need to be removed and either replaced or, if suitable, repaired using a timber hardener and filler. Once the repair is complete, please apply an exterior-grade weatherproof paint ( I have paint). Please ensure all timber cuts are properly sealed to prevent future water ingress. The affected area is located on the second floor and is accessible via a balcony. I’ll be home over the weekend and would be happy to assist if needed.
