Looking for someone to clear a gutter and downpipe at our home in Paddington. Rain is coming through the ceiling at the top of a timber-clad wall at the back of the house. Fix few broken tiles on the roof

1. Torn sarking in roof A possum moved a roof tile and tore through some sarking. Looking for someone to repair the holes in the sarking. Possum has been dealt with. 2. Damaged fascia along section of roof Section of fascia is damaged. Looking for someone to repair/replace the section of fascia.

I need a Gyprockers plasterer to finish a project. I have a wall 3700mm long joining an existing wall. A 900mm door way and a 1400mm X 600mm cupboard. Roof repair 500mm X 1400mm All gyprock sheets, corners and 1st layer of base coat applied. This may need sanding. Looking for someone to do 2nd, 3rd and finishing coats. Cornice install maybe considered as an additional cost. However 90mm skirting boards will be installed by me. I would like a surface which is ready to paint.

Roof repairs and maintenance required I am looking for a roofer/roof plumber to complete maintenance works identified in a GIO insurance assessment Affected area Bedroom upstairs with water entry occurring around the bedroom window. Front lounge room: Water ingress staining to the ceiling GIO's assessment found that the likely cause of water entry is a roof tile with a large broken corner directly above the affected area. The gutter in this area is also dipped and holding water, with debris present. There are solar panels installed on the roof, which prevented the assessor from fully viewing the affected tiled roof area and made it unsafe for them to remove the gutter debris during their inspection. Required works Remove and replace up to 10 damaged roof tiles with new tiles. Realign the dipped gutter so it drains correctly. Remove debris from the gutter as required. Inspect the roof area above the affected bedroom/window. Solar panels may need to be temporarily removed to allow the affected tiled roof area to be fully inspected. A carpenter is also required to inspect and assess the bedroom window framing for any damage or required repairs. Area / quantities provided by GIO Up to 10 roof tiles – remove and replace damaged tiles. Gutter – realignment required; GIO has not provided a specific length/area. Bedroom window framing – inspection and assessment required. Affected roof area above bedroom window – exact area cannot currently be confirmed because the solar panels obstruct the view. These works have been identified by GIO as maintenance-related works that need to be completed before GIO can proceed with the insurance repairs. There are two adjoining units requiring roof maintenance. Unit 3 is directly next door and has separate roof repairs required. I am looking for a licensed and insured waterproofing professional to repair a failed waterproof membrane in the shower recess. I have 2 units next to each other. (this is for one of them) This repair has been identified during a GIO insurance assessment as a maintenance-related issue that needs to be completed before GIO can proceed with the insurance repairs. Required work: Inspect the existing shower recess and failed waterproofing. Remove/prepare the affected area as required. Replace the failed waterproof membrane in the shower recess. Complete the waterproofing in accordance with current Australian requirements. Advise if any additional preparation or repairs are required before the waterproofing can be completed. Needing the roof eaves fixed

The roof is leaking and I have water coming in because of the recent thunderstorm. I have checked the roof and I think the flashing has been incorrectly done and it needs to be fixed urgently. The leak is in the kitchen and laundry on the ground floor.

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached.
