During very heavy downpours water is pushing back and entering the internal areas around the areas of the red circles. Suspect either flashing around chimney or too much water build up on the same area of gutter which does appear to be slightly dipped.

Clean gutters remove rubbish as per survey of roof

The roof flashing is leaking along one edge of the roof and leaking water to the ceiling below. It needs fixing or replacing. Edge is approx 2.5m long. Roof is approx 2.8m from ground at the lowest point (single story roof). The roof can also be accessed from a window above.

Install Rangehood vent kit to steel roof, supply any flashing required. Connect to Rangehood including making necessary cuts through particleboard cupboard. Single storey roof. Roof pitch is quite modest and not difficult to walk on. Downpipe installation in backyard from corner to drain

3 mirrors to be put on the wall. 2 small and 1 large.

Single storey gutters need cleaning. Main house side approx 11m and 1x small shed with two short gutters. Virtually no equipment is required... I have ladders and all you need is the skill to scoop out the gutter. I've done this myself for years, but due to health issues I can't do this now.

1. Hang large arched black mirror. Airtasker to supply screws/wire to hang on wall, noting it needs to be child-proof (i.e. firmly on wall). 2. Hang small white mirror. 3. Remove existing mirror on wardrobe door (wrong glue used) and replace with new mirror. Airtasker to supply the appropriate glue that will not leave a stain. 4. Childproof dresser to wall, so that it will not rock or fall.

The roof is leaking on an extension to our house (out of warranty). There is mold and sagging in the ceiling. When it rains heavily, water drips through. Might be a flashing issue.
