House is single-storey but built on an elevated block (8 steps up to entry/deck). * One side: gutters are low and already quickly cleaned * Other side: gutters are high (similar to 2-storey access) – I can’t reach these One Downpipe on high side – outlet sits very low into the drain, which causes leaves to get stuck at the bottom. I currently have to remove debris manually * Need advice if this should be modified (e.g. raised, cut, or different fitting) Also drain that runs under the house – overflows during heavy rain * I tested with a hose in dry weather and it flowed fine, so possibly a capacity or partial blockage issue (Photos of house and gutter heights attached)
