Cracked ceiling, water damaged ceilings & gutter work

I’m looking to get a quote for guttering and downpipe work at my home in North Fremantle. The gutters and downpipes haven’t had much maintenance for over 12 years, and some areas are visibly rusted/damaged. There also appears to be some possible water-related staining/damage on external wood and inside the house, so I’d like to have the guttering, downpipes, fascia/roof edges and any obvious drainage issues checked properly. I’m hoping to prioritise any work needed to prevent further water damage. The house itself is approx. 79m² with guttering on the front and back only, but I understand the guttering would need to be measured properly on site. There is also a carport with gutter and downpipe that needs replacing. I think it is roughly 50-55metres of guttering, plus 5-6 downpipes. I think the best option is full gutter/downpipe replacement, but I’d appreciate advice on the most practical and cost-effective approach. I’ve attached a few photos showing the current condition, including the more rusted sections.
