The gutters are a mixture of old and newish. Some of the older parts have rusted through and need replacing prior to attempting to sell the house. I will paint them all afterward so it looks neat. There are probably three corners that need replacing and maybe two shorter straight sections of about 2-3 metres. There is also a straight section at the back of the house that is a bit longer. There may be a couple of other spots as well. We are not trying to make it perfect, just functional. hope that helps. I am suggesting a budget but really I have no idea and relying on you for a fair quote.

Supply and install new downpipes throughout the house as required. Ensure gutters have appropriate falls and discharge correctly through the downpipes. Seal and finish all connections appropriately. Supply/delivery of materials to the property. Remove all old gutters, downpipes and other waste from the property and dispose of them appropriately. Leave the site clean and tidy upon completion. Please provide a total quote including labour, materials, delivery, removal/disposal and GST (if applicable). Please also indicate the proposed gutter/downpipe material and profile, colour options, expected duration of the work, earliest availability, warranty and whether you hold the appropriate licence/insurance for this work. Where the gutter meets the side wall of the house (end cap?) appears to not be sealing correctly allowing water into the wall (dripping over front door shown in pictures). Appears to be how it was originally constructed with a large gap as the cap angles downwards rather than sealing the end. I would like the end cap either resealed, gutter removed with end cap installed and reinstall the gutter, or replace length of gutter with properly sealed end caps, which ever is best. Section of gutter approx 90cm, easy accessible with a ladder.
