Need roof and gutter cleaning for my double storey house.

Looking to install a new downpipe on front of house to reduce overflowing of gutter during heavy rain. Ideally like to be situated in corner and wrapped around to side to keep visual aesthetic relatively clean.

Paint interior walls and roof of garage. Surfaces are in reasonably good condition. Same colour just a freshen up of the garage.

We’re looking for an experienced, appropriately QBCC-licensed builder to inspect the roof eaves/fascia on the western side of our two-storey home in Kedron. The gutter has pulled away from the house and is noticeably sagging. Before arranging a gutter repair or replacement, we need the supporting timber, fascia and eaves inspected to determine whether there is wood rot, water damage or another structural issue that needs to be repaired first. The inspection area is at two-storey height, so you must provide a suitable extension ladder and all required safety equipment. We would like: • Inspection of the fascia, eaves, supporting timber and gutter attachment points • Identification of any rot, water damage or structural deterioration • Advice on what repairs are required before the gutter can be fixed • Photos and a brief written assessment of the findings • A separate repair quote if building work is required Please include your QBCC licence number, relevant experience and confirmation that you are equipped and insured to work safely at two-storey height. Looking for someone to cleanse approximately 25-30metres of gutter and remove rubbish. Some of the gutter is between 3-5metres high so will require a longer ladder.

I’m only looking for gutter cleaning at this stage, not replacement. However, if you notice that one section needs a minor repair, please let me know and provide a separate price for that repair. Installing insulation and a ceiling into shed

Cut a portion of rusted roof iron (about 1.5 m length) from 3 adjacent sheets and insert and fix new sheets. Also replace a gutter corner and 1 metre of guttering (connected to the corner). Single story house. LABOUR and your tools only. I have the roof iron, screws, gutter corner, guttering, silicon. And ladder too. Would prefer Thursday, Friday afternoon (after 2pm) or anytime Saturday.

Fix downpipes from gutter so water flows instead of pooling back in gutter causing roof leakages

Looking to repair a small section of roof gutteirng on a raised Queenslander in Banyo (around 6m high). Currently a tennis ball size hole has rusted through.

We are looking for someone experienced with roof repairs to inspect and fix a roof leak at our house. During rain, water appears to be entering around our wood stove and leaking through the ceiling near that area. The leak seems to come from around the penetration rather than through it, so it may be related to flashing, sealant, or waterproofing around the roof fitting. Scope of work: Inspect the roof area around the penetration to identify the source of the leak Repair or reseal flashing / waterproofing as needed Ensure the area is properly sealed to prevent future leaks The roof penetration is a metal pipe that goes through the roof. Roof access: The house is two storeys on the side where the leak is visible, but the roof is accessible from the opposite side which is single storey. Access should therefore be possible from that side, but appropriate roof safety equipment may still be required. Please bring appropriate tools and materials for a typical flashing/seal repair. If the issue requires a larger repair, we can discuss options after the inspection. Location: Aspley, 4034 Flexible with timing but ideally as soon as possible due to rain. Red dowpipe has come away from gutter. I tore the alumuminium connector ! Replace and reconnect downpipe plz.
