Iam seeking a written quotation for gutter replacement and flashing installation works at my low-set residential property in Zillmere. Scope of Works: Remove and replace approximately 34 metres of existing gutters. Supply and install new apron flashing to the patio area to prevent water ingress. Flashing is to be positioned behind the gutters and extended appropriately over the patio to ensure effective water control. Supply and install approximately 5 metres of additional flashing to connect and extend the flashing along one side of the house. This is required to stop water leaking into the patio corner area. Objective:The primary objective of these works is to permanently stop water leaking into the patio area by ensuring proper guttering and flashing installation. Please include all materials, labour, and any applicable warranties in your quotation. I would also appreciate an estimated timeframe for commencement and completion.

Fully replace metal roof and gutters on a high set single story Queenslander style home in Sandgate. Roof replacement should include all non major repairs to roof structure required to install new roof and gutters. We had all materials for this job, pre fabricated gutter corners (6), the lengths of the gutter, rivets and silicone. We have put all the gutters on the rest of the house and set out this section. We do not know how to the corners on and angle which is why we need a professional to finish the job. The job is accessible from the single story deck. Two corners on the far side of each end will need to be accessed using a trestle ladder or extension, we can provide this for you if needed. Paint has been coming off my car significantly for the last couple of months and I have no idea why...was it a dodgy paint job? it disheartens me as I'm still paying it off, Now it's got some small rust patches on it and I need to be able to get the rust to stop at least because I can't afford to have the whole thing fixed and repainted/wrapped all at once (which it will eventually need, I'm guessing,) I don't know anything about it but I don't want to be ripped off or taken advantage of, as I have no idea what something like this would cost. Just want someone honest how can help and explain to me what they are doing and what the next steps would be

Toyota LWB Hiace van (2014) was a work van covered in company stickers. Stickers have now been removed which has ripped off some of the paint work. Van needs total exterior repainting excluding the roof.
