My house roof is leaking and it needs to be fixed

-Partial damage repair. -Reapply waterproofing and protective paint to corroded areas, roof area approx. 30 m2. -Mould removal for decayed internal parts & internal wall restoration.

I need help locating a beam in my roof and for my dance pole to be assembled safely.

We are looking for someone experienced with roof repairs to inspect and fix a roof leak at our house. During rain, water appears to be entering around our wood stove and leaking through the ceiling near that area. The leak seems to come from around the penetration rather than through it, so it may be related to flashing, sealant, or waterproofing around the roof fitting. Scope of work: Inspect the roof area around the penetration to identify the source of the leak Repair or reseal flashing / waterproofing as needed Ensure the area is properly sealed to prevent future leaks The roof penetration is a metal pipe that goes through the roof. Roof access: The house is two storeys on the side where the leak is visible, but the roof is accessible from the opposite side which is single storey. Access should therefore be possible from that side, but appropriate roof safety equipment may still be required. Please bring appropriate tools and materials for a typical flashing/seal repair. If the issue requires a larger repair, we can discuss options after the inspection. Location: Aspley, 4034 Flexible with timing but ideally as soon as possible due to rain. Budget listed for inspection and minor repair (resealing / flashing fix). If a larger repair is required we can discuss additional cost. We'd like to replace the gutter on the second-floor (approx. 12m long) as per photo. Replace with similar type or whatever you recommend, idealy colorbond (Jasper). A tradie previously tried adjusting the pitch of the existing gutter but water doesn't drain properly and pools in the middle. We'd like the gutter replaced and pitched so all water flows to the newly added downpipe on the right side (due to other drainage issues around the house). Please plug the downpipe on the left with a removable cap so that it can be easily reversed in the future if needed. Happy to answer questions or arrange a time to inspect.
