I need some assistance water proofing my shed. Water comes in from one side under heavy rain. Side panels of shed appear to be rusted along the bottom. I want to convert my shed into an airconditioned office and need to do it in stages. First stage has to be waterproofing, confirm that and then move to insulate and plasterboard the inside etc. This request is only for the waterproofing component.

Equipment area is roughly 3x1m and the fence is 1.9high Wanting to get a roof put over the pool equipment. I’m not a builder so wanting your expertise to come up with a plan/design how to build a roof. I have left over sheets of plastic corrugated roofing to use. We have to install 6 prefabricated gutter corners to finish our gutter install. The profile is 150 High Front Colorbond in manor red. We had all materials for this job, pre fabricated gutter corners (6), the lengths of the gutter, rivets and silicone. We have put all the gutters on the rest of the house and set out this section. We do not know how to the corners on and angle which is why we need a professional to finish the job. The job is accessible from the single story deck. Two corners on the far side of each end will need to be accessed using a trestle ladder or extension, we can provide this for you if needed. There is 1 down pipe dropper to be inserted into 1 of the sections on the left side. Window/sliding door needs to be sound proofed in the master bedroom due to traffic noise

Looking for someone handy to fix a sagging sunroof fabric liner on my car. The fabric itself is in good condition, but the adhesive has failed on one side so it’s now sagging. Ideally looking to have it re-adhered or secured back in place without removing the sunroof unit or dismantling the roof, if possible. Refit a ridge capping tile on a two story house

During recent heavy storms some roof tiles have dislodged slightly. I require someone to climb on to the roof and push the tiles (6 or so) back into place. At the same time remove a small amount of debris from the roof valley.

I need the bottom capping tile re fitted to the left hand rear hip of a two story tiled roof. The shell end capper is on site.

Double storey house requires gutters clean

Neatly reroute two air conditioner condensation drain pipes so they run flush against the wall. Use appropriate piping, clamps, and fixings to secure the lines, and connect them into the nearest existing downpipes. Work is to be completed in a tidy, professional manner. Refer pictures.

Remount antenna on a colour bond roof

I need the ridge capping to be profiled (shaped to the corruagtions) for the roof line on a skillion roof on a granny flat. There is 10 metres of roof to be done.

Leak in the roof. Its a metal type sheet roof on one of the smaller side of the house.
