Drone preferably to be cost effective @ approx $25 a roof if whole complex done

Hi there, I am looking for a tiler for my laundry and ensuite. 45m2 total. Laundry is floor and skirting only. Ensuite is floor and walls. I will supply the tiles, everything else you need to supply. I will need waterproofing completed with a form 43. 600x600 tiles with mastic sheet feature tiles in the shower. Photos attached of the tiles I have purchased and a photo of someone else’s house with similar tiles. Please let me know if there is any more information you require! Thanks, Liam

Check that solar panels are working and generating electricity. House is rented out so will need to confirm at time with managing REA for access. No need to climb on roof to inspect panels directly, just need to confirm they are working and what current is flowing to the inverter.

Water is constantly dripping from a section under the roof eaves (see photo). It looks like it might be coming from a leaking or misaligned gutter or blocked downpipe. I need someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the issue — possibly cleaning, resealing, or re-aligning the gutter.

Says boot separator not closed. Not sure if it’s not clipped in properly or if it’s the sensor. The roof being back obstructs access to boot somewhat. Need fixed ASAP please.

We have purchased a VL Lux skylight and need it installed into our tile roof. It’s the 1150 x 590 size. We have purchased the light and the flashing set.. ready to be installed ASAP.

Roof breather pipe rubber seal has failed and needs to be replaced. I have silicon, You will just need to supply and fit the seal. Located on 2nd story roof, accessible from 1st story roof, will need a ladder.

We have about 60sq m of wool insulation that needs to be removed through small manhole. Also need to be taken away from site.
