Find experienced local roofers in Gold Coast

I need a single 1.8m plastic roof sheet replaced on my patio deck connected to a single story house. The existing one has a small hole and it needs to be removed and a new sheet installed in its place. I have prepared a 1.8m Clear Corrugated Polycarbonate Roof panel and some clear adhesive silicon to secure and seal it to the roof. It’s expected to reuse the existing screws. A ladder is available if needed. If possible I’d like it done sometime this weekend by mutual arrangement. The photo shows 2 clear panels in the foreground. One of those is to be replaced.

The area is 3m x 2.5m and has existing ‘struts’. Require QBCC licensed and insured contractor. polycarbonate roof sheets and flashing to be installed at angle for drainage and to accommodate water runoff. See photos

Daughters room has ceiling damage that our insurance has approved to repair but we need to identify where water is coming from. I believe we have a broken tile or tiles that needs replacing . I do have spare tiles

On going work through Funding allocated to help pensioners maintain their home. Area is from Varsity Lakes- Coolangatta. Must have police check/insurances and be a licensed roof tiler. After a reliable company that can get to jobs within a week of issued work order and invoice soon after. Normal repairs would consist of small leaks (take out clips in area, small pointing or slipped/cracked tiles)

I am in Benowa, Gold Coast. Window leaks badly when the rain strikes it directly. Had the window sill replaced recently and during heavy cyclone rain after that a lot of water is coming inside the house from the middle and along the right hand side of the window. I have tried to determine where the water may be getting in by using a hose and it only happens when I wet the top of the sill area so definitely not from the roof. I also confirmed its not coming in thru the weep holes as the “channel” inside was dry

I have 3 areas where the gutters have a hole or they have split and causing a leak.

Need a good tarp placed on a small section of roof to prevent further ceiling damage until insurance repairs from cyclone get sorted. It needs to cover broken tile area where water is coming in. Tarp to be around 4m x 4m. Tarp would need weights or sand bags to secure. Tasker to have good reviews and done similar work. Price is for work and supplies. Picture indicates area where leak is coming from abd rough snap of area of tarp to be placed.

The Rectangular Downpipe Adaptor and a small elbo needs replacing. The Metal downpipe does not need to be repaired or replaced. See photos

Drone stuck on edge of flat roof, need someone with a 8m ladder to retrieve. Drone is small, 250g.

Hi, I have this tall free which is hanging over my roof. I need it cut down say 2 metres and possibly one of the truck arms removed. Also taking green waste would be fantastic. There is possibly more pruning I would like done at a different time which you can quote while here. Thanks x
