One corner of the roof has an leak. There are insulation under the tile so the water goes into the eave. Don't know if the leak is from some cracked tiles or flashing or the whirlybird. Supply spare tiles for replacing broken ones. The current tile is Wunderlich Terracotta Marseille in the color Florence Red. We only have 1 spare so need more. It's expected to have some spares for both the repair work and backup. Estimate to get 20 tiles. We will purchase the tiles left-over after the repair. The roof has gutter guard. The corner of the roof to be serviced has an easy access from the open balcony on the 1st floor.
