Supply spare tiles for replacing broken ones. The current tile is Wunderlich Terracotta Marseille in the color Florence Red. We only have 1 spare so need more. It's expected to have some spares for both the repair work and backup. Estimate to get 20 tiles. We will purchase the tiles left-over after the repair. The roof has gutter guard. The corner of the roof to be serviced has an easy access from the open balcony on the 1st floor.
