There is currently pigeon activity on one set of the panels (the one on the lower part of the roof) which will need to be cleared out with a broom or blower which I can supply.

I need to get the rusted portion of rainwater gutters repaired or replaced. Please refer images, the damaged portion needs repair or replacement. Approximate length is about 2 to 3 meters. The height from ground might be about 3 meters, so you would need a ladder. There is a slope on the ground. There are pebbles on the ground. Also, there is a connection to rain water down pipe in the affected area of the gutters. I want to make sure that the rain water safely flows through the gutter and downpipe. Please share a quote, I am happy to negotiate.

looking for quotes to help me remove a waterproof seal/skin that was applied to a tiled outdoor balcony area some years ago. This is in preparation for me to reseal.
