Need to replace clear plastic sheets on roof following hail damage.

We have built a 14sqm timber backyard cabin from a kit. The last thing to be done is install the corrugated metal roof and flashings. Unfortunately the wrong size steel was sent and delayed completion. Now the original handyman builder is not available so we are urgently looking for someone to finish the metal roof. Metal battens are already fixed. Just need to roll out the Anticon Blanket Insulation Then install: - 7 sheets of Colorbond. - Flashings, - 4.8m of gutter at the rear with one downpipe All materials and fixings are there already. Hoping to get this done quickly of course with all the rain around, However we need to coordinate a target date so we have a couple days to take the tarp off and let the wood dry out before doing the metal roofing.

Leak in the roof. Its a metal type sheet roof on one of the smaller side of the house.

We need licensed and insured waterproofing done may be 50 sq meter area in the planter box . No need to take the soil out but will need to grind and waterproof it properly And check couple of other area where waterproofing is already done . Need to take the soil out and check .

Hi, I have 22 panels on a single storey house that needs cleaning

1. Remove existing wall sheeting • Carefully take off the old exterior sheets on the room/section being updated. • Dispose of all old material safely and clean up the area. 2. Inspect the frame underneath • Check the timber or steel framing for any damage, rot or termite issues. • Replace or repair any studs, noggins, battens, or bracing as needed so the structure is solid before new sheets go on. 3. Install new building wrap • Apply sarking/building wrap over the frame to improve moisture protection and insulation. • Tape and secure edges properly. 4. Fit new battens (if needed) • Install horizontal or vertical battens depending on the cladding orientation. • Ensure everything is level and ready for sheeting. 5. Install the Colorbond Monument sheets • Cut sheets to size and fix them according to Colorbond installation requirements. • Make sure all joins are straight and fastened securely. • Use matching Monument flashings to finish off edges, corners, and window surrounds. 6. Seal and flash around openings • Install flashings around windows, doors, edges, and corners for water protection. • Use silicone and foam tape where required for a tight seal. 7. Fit trims and finishing pieces • Install corner trims, top caps, and bottom edge flashings in Monument. • Ensure all visible finishes line up clean and neat. 8. Clean up and final inspection • Remove rubbish. • Check all screws are properly fastened. • Inspect for straight lines, tight joins, and a clean finish.

Hi, I would like my roof gutter both front and back of the house cleaned and the weeds removed please and also to inspect the downpipes. Would prefer after work from 3:30pm or weekends

A section of my gutter has rusted through. I added a patch of silicone as a temporary fix but it’s going to need the section replaced

Needs to get all the gutters and roof valleys cleaned. It’s a small single storey house in a 320 sqm block

Rain gutters need to be cleared on a one story house. Debris can be placed in green bin on site. Own ladder will need to be provided as house will be being packed up to move that day.

We have some rust on our roof that we’d like either brushed off or/ rust killed then sealed and painted. We’d also like the areas where the paint has come away repainted so that it won’t rust. I have attached some photos. If you need to inspect we can arrange that too. Thanks!

Have the flat packed shed and slab. Need old bolts cut off slab and new shed secured to the slab.
