we hear a drip behind our fireplace implying a small hole in the metal roof. It would be worth your clearing the gutters at the same time if required. We have suggested a fee for this. Also as a possible extra we have stains from overflow on house front- is it something you could do with tall ladder to clean these off for an extra fee?

I need old polycarbonate sheets replaced with flashing to waterproof on small tool shed - 1.6m x 2.3m area. I have necessary materials including new polycarbonate sheets, dome washer roof screws, and lead and Byute flashing. Roof is approx 2.7m high, with access available from neighbours roof as well as inside our property. New sheets will need to be cut to size (approx 4 sheets will be needed) , and flashing applied at edges to properly waterproof.

We have a roof with solar panels and I need to take 2-4 panels off for 2-3 hours to fix the roof below Roof is quite flat, can store panels on site, and on roof. Photos to come later

I have a leak in my garage roof. It is not a proper roof but rather plastic sheeting although the part that is leaking seems to be the seam between the garage roof and the rest of the house. I'd need someone to identify the problem and recommend a cost effective solution since this is exterior to the house. Existing bedroom window is approx 1500mm wide x 2000mm high and lets in a lot of outside traffic noise. Looking to sound proof or sound deaden the window by either using acoustic curtains, panelling, acrylic, foam or the like. It is a rental property so cannot be too intrusive and need it to be as cost effective solution.

The material should be „oak acoustic penal“ Wall height 3.3m Length 5.6m Over the wardrobe Wardrobe length 2.83m Material needed: 5x3.3m panel plus 2x 2.7 m I like skirting on the bottom and top. Should look similar to material in reception area It would need to be a Saturday afternoon as we have group classes on most times of the day every day. Sat we finish 1pm and the studio is free until evening if we don’t run workshops.
