Job: Downpipe Installation – Front of House I need a new downpipe installed at the front of my house. The gutters are not blocked, but water is overflowing on the right side gutter above the front right window. I have attached a photo (with the proposed downpipe location marked in blue). There is an existing downpipe at the back of the house, so this would be an additional one. The water should drop into the existing channel at ground level that runs to the back street. Scope of work: Come out first to inspect and advise what parts are needed. I will purchase the materials and paint them. Return to install the downpipe once ready. Please provide availability, call-out fee (if any), and installation cost.

Basically over time some trees on my side of the fence have grown so they are touching the neighbours roof. They have asked me to cut them, but I’m physically not very able. It’s a very small job for a tree lopping business, I think they are small enough that someone with a telescoping saw or ladder could do it. They aren’t particularly thick, and there are not so many of them, it’s just annoying they are so high. There is a green bin on site and I can drag the cuttings away and dispose of them. I’m just not confident about getting up a ladder or using a powered tool solo. I would expect the job to take about twenty or thirty minutes.

Scope of Work: 1. Remove and replace rotted timber fascia and soffit/eaves linings above the rear balcony sliding doors. 2. Check rafters behind fascia for any internal rot and repair if necessary. 3. Replace or reseal gutter and downpipe connection (currently leaking and causing overflow). 4. There is a leak on the roof. Roof is made of metal. Might require to replace the sheets.

My roof started leaking when we have heavy rain after recent ducted aircon replacement. My guess is the flashing around the vent pipe was damaged while the installers were cutting the existing aircon pipe next to the vent. But i also understand it might be completely unrelated. I am looking for a qualified roofer to inspect and repair this roof leak.

One gutter got a hole and leaking due to rust, few gutters are overflowing due to sagging

Just had gutters cleaned but now need someone to get two foam toy rocket launchers down from roof of a two storey house. One is on the roof and one is in the gutter. Will need long ladder as house is two stories.
