A separate unit in the same building also has a toilet which the flusher is jamming causing a continuous flow of water into the toilet. We house participants with disabilities, we had an incident where taps are currently broken. Total 3 taps - Main Kitchen Sink, Toilet Sink Area and the tap for the shower. Require for that part to be replaced with immediate effect and the exact make and model that is currently there. Currently were unable to use any of the taps at the property is why is very urgent and needed this morning/afternoon.

Need to install basin in a room ( residential) to make a hair salon -

Toilet maintenance as water to the commode won't come

The screw has come out of the toilet seat and it swivels on one end when attempting to sit.

Take out old basin Replace with new basin on site 900m size from Bunnings

Blocked drain.

Disability Toilet seat connection to Ceramic base has broken. Supply and fix the connection so the seat can be connected properly, current is very loose. Seat originally bought from Bunnings.

Hi. We are demoing a shop at Westfield Garden City. Need someone with commercial experience to disconnect one point for a sink. See pictures attached.

Bought new home. Building and Pest advised of high damp reading in bathroom. Need this investigated and rectified.

Hi. I have 2 taps in my laundry that feed the washing machine, one of which is leaking a small amount of water even when shut down. Both taps are the same age (the house is from 1970), so I think it's better to get both done before the second one needs to be fixed as well. The taps are the 2 upper ones shown in the photos, the hot and cold water washing machine connections. I need someone who is professionally registered, insured and licensed for this kind of work.
