Kitchen sink replacement to mixer tap. If new sink required , no problem

My kitchen mixer tap has snapped and needs full replacement. The mains water is already turned off. Looking for someone to remove the broken mixer and install a new kitchen mixer tap (and we don't have one) Flexible hoses are under the sink and access is straightforward. I can either supply the replacement tap or happy for you to bring one and include it in the quote. Located in Killara. Ideally looking for someone today / tomorrow.

Need the fittings under laundry tub changed as they are dripping when no hose is connected. Also the mixer tap is not letting much water out. Not sure if everything needs replacing or fixing

Cold tap (handle) is not closing properly: the tap is leaking. Would like to replace the tap with a mixer tap: happy to supply the mixer tap. Alternatively, stop the tap from leaking permanently, if doable.

Kitchen mixer tap is loose/not secured. I tried to tighten it from the inside but the access is difficult because the shelf in the middle cannot be removed (see pictures). Should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with the experience/tools. I'll go with the best offer since it shouldn't take long.

Need someone to attend a blocked toilet, where the water is rising when flushed. Council has jet blasted the main line, only the branch line needs to be cleared.

Replace bottom inlet valve unit on Coroma Dual Flush Quiet Flow toilet. I tried replacing the top valve but that didn't help. The cistern is filling constantly despite the cut off arm engaging. I have bought the replacement unit from Bunnings. I think thats the right unit. Hopefully a simple job for someone thats done it before! Or it may be a different issue.
