I'd like to change my traditional shower set up (2 separate hot and cold tap) to mixer tap without breaking tiles, wall or changing internal plumbing (pic 1). I think I will get this mixer tap from Grohe with an external outlet and then will connect my shower head to the outlet(pic 2). Please note The space between the 2 taps is about 200mm, whereas the space required for the Grohe mixer is 150 +-15mm. Grohe's thread is G1/2. We have recently moved into new built townhouse and plumbing under the sink takes up the whole cupboard space. Would like this reconfigured so we can have some storage space under the sink. Also have new kitchen mixer tap as well as powder room mixer tap we would like fitted as purchased black mixers.

Need to possibly replace washer(s) in the water shower tap(s) to stop shower leaking. Need to remove seal and re seal with silicone afterwards. Have replaced the shower head with new shower head so that is definitely not the problem.
