I bought a new cartridge for a zucchetti basin mixer tap and have got stuck disassembling it. Do not have the right tools. I'm looking for someone who can finish of the disassembly and put it back together again with the new cartridge. I will need a new rubber washer for the bottom of the tap where it goes through the basin hole. The original one has disintegrated.

We have just moved into our house, the valves on the toilets (x3) seem to need replacing. On two of the toilets, the water is not refilling back into the tank - we turned it off at the main so we suspect there is a blockage from the seal. Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Our 2 toilets are blocked. I think the blockage is under the house as the kitchen sink and laundry tub seem to be OK. I'm not certain about that. I was unable to remove the clip under the tap handle to remove the tap. It seems to be fused. The hot tap clip can be removed easily.
