Hi, I need to replace my current kitchen mixer tap with the new one I have purchased. I have a 32cm clearance from the undersink to the shelf which may not be enough for the gravity ball thing. Therefore I MIGHT need you to cut a hole in the shelf to open up the vertical space. Please include cost to cut a hole as well if required on the day. Let me know if you need any further information

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

Install kitchen mixer tap

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.

Remove framed glass shower screen (for re-use), remove existing tiles on floor of shower (and surrounds as needed), reinstate / repair waterproofing, re-tile and grout shower base and refit existing shower screen. Final tile clean and silicone all joints.

Both buttons aren’t flushing the toilet. I think the internal flush mechanism needs a replacement. If you think it does, bring one and let me know the cost. :) I’ll check Bunnings for a rough idea.

1. Remove and install a wall hung basin (photos attached). A new basin, mixer tap and bottle trap will provided for installation. You will need to remove and dispose the existing basin and install new basin,tap and bottle trap. 2. Fix the toilet flush as it makes whistling noise (photos attached). The toilet flush is working. However, it makes whistling noise during and after flush. Whistling noise would last for a minute till water tank is filled.

The toilet is clogging frequently. I use plunger last two time when it was clogged. I need plumber service to look into the actual problem causing the issue through CCTV and if required high pressure clean. I also suspect a tree root on the side of the house could be the reason.

Toilet is leaking at tap - have turned off but need to get it fixed before Saturday night.
