The job should include: Removing existing tap Installing the new mixer tap Checking for leaks and ensuring everything works properly Access under the sink is normal and should be fairly straightforward. Looking for someone experienced (plumber or handyman). Please bring your own tools if needed. Flexible with timing but would prefer as soon as possible. Thank you!

Mixer tap in the kitchen is leaking

Mixer tap’s base has loosened - making unit move when tap is moved. Toilet keeps flushing. Current solution is lifting the floater arm to stop it. Shower silicon sealant needs to be replaced.

My kitchen mixer tap is leaking slightly from the retractable braided hose underneath the sink. **The Details:** * **The Issue:** The leak is coming from a worn spot on the flexible braided hose under the counter (marked with a red circle in image.png and image_4.png). It is currently dripping into the cupboard onto a pad (image_5.png). * **The Tap:** It is a standard mixer tap with a pull-out spray head, as shown above the counter We prefer supply and replace all in one day.

I have a leaking mixer water tap leaking water from the gap between the rotating spout and the stationary lower part. There are two large rubber O rings that prevent that but are now worn. This means the tap has to be undone from underneath and lifted up to work on. I used to do all this myself but can't kneel anymore after a knee replacement. Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick.
