Hi, I require a licenced plumber to come to my apartment (i'm the tenant) and replace a leaking bathroom mixer tap. I already have the replacement tap which is like for like.

A mixer tap is leaking at the base (where the tap meets the sink). Also fix a slow draining sink.

Currently vanity is 600mm with a dual tap. Needs to be removed. Pipes then need to be converted to be suitable for a mixer tap. Then need to install a 750mm vanity with the new mixer tap.

Have dissembled the tap, removed the original cartridge, and its ready to go, but I attempted to fit 3 times, and it's still leaking water. Have the original part, the replacement (from bunnings https://www.bunnings.com.au/kinetic-35mm-mixer-tap-raised-cartridge_p0568626) tried 3 times, should be straightforward, but not so much.

Shower is leaking constantly

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. Shower has been leaking for a bit - exacerbated from me putting on a new head. Drain backs up and doesn’t empty properly - which probably caused the tray failure in the first place. Drain will empty properly when it’s just been blitzed with Drano - for about 2-3 days - then back to being clogged. Fear it’s probably a tree root or something - but floor waste seems to empty properly. Some other misc plumbing work to be done as well (small leak under kitchen sink, washing machine waste seems to dump directly under house, a few visible cracks in PVC piping along ‘services side’ of house). Will get you to inspect and quote on these while here. House is 1930s, on fly ash piers - reasonably easy access to services along single side of house.

As per title, our shower head is leaking
