Task 1 – Shower (Photo 1) • Relocate hot/cold supply to new shower mixer. • Run pipework to new shower head/outlet. • Recess existing exposed pipes into stud/wall cavity at 2 marked locations so wall can be sheeted flush. Task 2 – Double Vanity (Photo 2) • Rough-in hot/cold for 2 vanity mixers. • Cap/terminate redundant connections. • Modify waste for double vanity, with drainage inside wall. Task 3 – Photo 3 • Properly terminate/cap the 2 old water connections marked in red. • Provide/relocate plumbing for the hose mixer/outlet at the position marked in blue. Access: Most areas are exposed. If more plasterboard/flooring needs removal, advise beforehand and we will remove it. Plumber to supply standard fittings/materials. We have leftover copper pipe which may be used if suitable. All work to be pressure/leak tested and left ready for sheeting/waterproofing/tiling. Please provide invoice + Victorian plumbing compliance certificate where required before final payment. Please quote Stage 1 (Tasks 1–3) together and separately advise estimated Stage 2 fit-off price after tiling.

Looking for a licensed plumber to attend the property to investigate the cause of a toilet water refill issue. Current symptoms: * Toilet 3: Operating normally. * Toilets 1 & 2: Refill very slowly after flushing (taking more than 5 minutes). The property is connected to a rainwater tank with an automatic mains water backup system. As one toilet is operating normally, the issue appears to be isolated to the affected toilets rather than the property’s main water supply. The property is a double-storey house: * Toilet 1: Ground floor * Toilets 2 & 3: Second floor As part of my troubleshooting, I flushed Toilets 1 and 2 at the same time. After flushing: * Toilet 1 began refilling immediately but very slowly, taking approximately 5–7 minutes to refill. * During this time, Toilet 2 did not refill at all. * Only after Toilet 1 had completely finished refilling did Toilet 2 begin to refill, and it also took around 5–7 minutes to refill. Based on these observations, there may be a restriction in the water supply to the affected toilets, an issue with the inlet valves, or another underlying plumbing problem preventing both toilets from refilling simultaneously. At this stage, I’m primarily looking for a plumber to inspect and diagnose the cause of the issue and provide recommendations for the required repairs and a quotation before any major work is carried out. If the problem is minor (such as cleaning filters or adjusting valves), I’m happy for this to be completed during the visit. Please investigate as appropriate and advise on the cause of the issue and the best repair solution.
