May be an additional job to do the same with another sink, if interested. After checking both GPT and our offer's we are reasonable at $90, as most recommendation's off line are for $80-$90.

Replace 2 taps. One in bathroom and one mixer tape in kitchen. Also run a line and fit a tap from ground floor to 1st floor. I have all the taps, but do not have the pipe required to run up to 1st floor. I am flexible as to when the job is done.

Found the leakage from the shower, even after re-sealed the shower with silicone caulk.

Shower is leaking into room below… need to grout waterproofing and siliconed up.

Need someone to tighten a loose toilet seat and fix a toilet roll holder that is loose

Toilet has had issues flushing and filling up with water. Need this fixed - should be a quick job and have a shower head that is leaking a small amount. Then need a quote for two items 1. Putting in a small sink into the room with the toilet (WC) and 2. Replacing laundry sink which is rusting underneath. If competitive quote I will look to replace laundry sink first. Toilet becomes blocked very easily, doesn’t flush everything down and fills with lots of water after several flushes. Worked fine after no use overnight and now it seems blocked again, like last night. We have no tools at home to unblock.

Hi there the cistern won’t stop after it’s flushed.

Probably a 5 min fix for the qualified plumber... Need help fixing a struggling flush. Most likely linked to the fixation of the back of the toilet.
