Solar hot water system leaking

My shower room is leaking and make the relevant downstairs ceiling a bit broken. I need someone to fix the leaking and fix and repaint the ceiling.

Everyone tap sourced from rain water tank has stopped, including some toilet flush. We have water from other taps. I did notice the water tank pump was nonstop pumping last night and it just stopped now. I would assume that’s the reason I have no water from that tank?

Bathroom renovation - removing the bathtub and installing the toilet

I need fully renovate two bathrooms. All the previous fittings/walls/were removed and new walls and cement sheets are to be installed prior to the bathroom renovation. Task requirements: -New bathroom replaces Level 1 toilet area and extends to right before hot water(toilet stays there, a new shower head and vanity etc to be added) -level 2 : adding a toilet in the bathroom in the corner where the previous vanity is. Shower replaces the bathtub and putting a new vanity in the original shower area. -water proofing certificate/plumbing preparation/tiling/installation only for toilets(other fittings haven’t been delivered. I will be providing: 3 toilets/2 sets of vanity cabinet and basins shower heads/tapes/tiles/shower screens(other than toilets, I will install the rest of the fittings when they are delivered, don’t know the specific time. Home renovation recently, an experienced and licensed plumber is wanted to do plumbing job at the ground floor “2” area(which will be a new bathroom. Previously toilet is there, shower will be adding). Laundry area will become kitchen cabinets with sink and tape. New hot water system to be installed outside. Two Washing machine to be installed on the ground and first floor balcony. On the first floors, old kitchen cabinets/appliances will be removed beforehand, new cabinet, dishwasher and island bench with sink and tape will be installed, so plumbing preparation is needed around this area. Toilet and bathroom on the first floor need to be fully renovated, a new toilet will be adding to the bathroom sitting between vanity and shower. Plumbing system needs to be rearranged.
