Find an experienced plumber in St James

I accidentally stepped on the sprinkler in my strata's garden and unintentionally broke it. As shown in the picture, the connecting rod is stuck in the sprinkler. I need a plumber with experience fixing this type of issue. The water pipe is underground, and there is a connecting rod to attach the sprinkler.

Current tap out of wall is a 20mm, have a 15mm tap which is required for the fridge ive got. Need tap changed.
