Licensed Plumber Needed; Multiple Minor Plumbing & Fixture Repairs ​I have recently moved into an apartment and a few plumbing issues have arisen. As I have moved from interstate, my full set of hand tools and equipment is not yet with me. I am looking for a qualified and licensed plumber to complete a few minor repairs and checks. Dishwasher Water Inlet Leak: The water inlet pipe to the dishwasher has a slow leak at the connection point (a white plastic nut). The dishwasher was a new installation, so this may be a loose connection or a faulty washer. Bathroom Leaking Sink Drain: The S-trap under the ensuite sink has a slow leak at the slip-nut joint, leaving a visible dripping mark. The connection needs to be secured or the washer replaced. ​Spraying Sink Tap: The aerator needs to be inspected, cleaned, and/or replaced. ​ Toilet Cistern Issue: The toilet cistern is not filling completely with water after a flush. The float mechanism needs to be inspected and adjusted to ensure a proper fill and a stronger flush. ​ Loose Shower Rail: The shower rail fixture has come off the wall. One of the mounting screws has rusted and snapped off inside the wall. The broken screw needs to be extracted, and the fixture must be re-secured with a durable anchor and waterproof sealant. ​ Please also provide an assessment of the overall condition of the other fixtures, as some appear slightly corroded and mankey. I require a licensed and experienced professional to complete this work to a high standard. I am prepared to provide photos and a more detailed explanation on-site.
