Holder arm is loose. It just needs someone to scrape the Holder off the wall as I believe it’s glued, and then reattach it after screwing the arm tighter

This keeps happening i know its a super quick fix with a camera. Need someone with a camera to look. I have access just outside back door to look at the plumbing. This keeps happening last plumber said I used wipes which is 100% in correct a few weeks later its blocked again. I only want someone to look and see if they can quickly unblock like the last few times this has happened. Not expecting any major work should be fixed in just a few minutes
