I have a leaky tap and I think the o-ring needs replacing. The moxer tap will need to be opened up. I thi k it's an allen key grub screw. My hot and cold water taps under the sink also don't work to turn off the water so may need seals replaced too.

As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. Blocked toilet, house smells like sewerage

Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.
