Hi, I need a licensed plumber to fix a failed bath/shower diverter on a wall-mounted Millennium single-lever mixer tap. The diverter that switches between the bath spout and the shower has failed — water runs straight through it and it no longer switches. The concealed mixer body in the wall seems fine, so I’m hoping only the diverter needs replacing — but I’m not certain the exact part is still available, so I’d like your assessment on the best fix. Leak in the shower needs fixing. It’s an old apartment so the seal may have deteriorated. The large leak is in the corner but probably best to fix the whole frame.

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. When the shower is running, water leaks out onto the bathroom floor, and we currently have to use a rolled towel to stop it spreading. 🔧 What I need done: • Inspect the shower screen/door area • Remove old or damaged sealant (if required) • Reseal properly with waterproof silicone • Ensure the leak is fully stopped

Shower has started leaking a bit, so need a plumber to assess and fix. Through the day or evening Wednesday would be preferable. There's a possibility of future work too, as I'll be looking to replace toilet and basin sometime in the near future.

The toilet cistern appears to have an issue with the water flow. Water keeps running continuously and does not stop properly after the cistern fills. Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Issue: * The toilet makes a constant hissing noise after flushing. * Earlier it was making intermittent “sucking” noises. * The cistern fills normally and the water stops when the float is lifted manually. * The water level sits close to the overflow. * There is no water trickling into the toilet bowl, so it doesn’t appear to be leaking through the flush valve. * Moving the cistern/lid briefly stopped the noise, but it has returned. I’m not sure if it’s the inlet/fill valve, a float adjustment, or something else. I’d like someone to inspect it, diagnose the problem, and repair it if possible.
