I have a leaky tap and I think the o-ring needs replacing. The moxer tap will need to be opened up. I thi k it's an allen key grub screw. My hot and cold water taps under the sink also don't work to turn off the water so may need seals replaced too.

Shower head is leaking , needs fixing

Our shower in the bathroom is apparently leaking somehow to the kitchen below. Ceiling was wet, we thought it was the roof and got it fixed. Each time we use the shower, it's now dripping through a small hole in the ceiling downstairs.

1. Shower tray is leaking onto the bathroom floor when we take a shower. We need someone to provide a waterproof patch job that will hold. It appears to be a very small gab in the grout/ tiling binder that’s causing the leak 2. Our catch is also peeling off and needs replacing.

Showering is leaking - we assume this is broken washers on the handle. We will cover the cost, of course, for any replacement washers etc

Update I have now attached photos I have replacement washers already and I did try removing the taps with a tap wrench but they not come off as the tap socket looked a bit worn. However I am someone with zero plumbing and maintenance experience and was just googling answers until I gave up. The job is flexible and can be done whenever but I cannot do mornings , it is an apartment here but it is normally not too difficult to find a park directly outside (be mindful parking is metered and costs $8). Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. When the shower is running, water leaks out onto the bathroom floor, and we currently have to use a rolled towel to stop it spreading. 🔧 What I need done: • Inspect the shower screen/door area • Remove old or damaged sealant (if required) • Reseal properly with waterproof silicone • Ensure the leak is fully stopped

I’m looking for a licensed plumber to fix leaking shower taps at Bardwell Park. There are cold and hot handles, I tired to replace them with the universal handles, but they did not fit the spindle. Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.
