Replace existing kitchen mixer tap to a 3-way mixer to move our above-bench water filter system (eSpring) to under-bench. This will involve inserting a shut-off valve after the mains water tap for the 1/4 inch diverted to go directly into the water filtration machine. I have the new tap (in box with instructions) and the valve.

There's been a water leaking issue of my shower tap before; as such, we hired a plumber to change the washer inside; then it's been fine for a while; however, after a few weeks, it's started leaking again. According to the previous plumber, it seems to require changing the tap also, if we would want to fully root the issue out.
