Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. Need a plumber to clear a toilet blockage. It's not fully blocked, but several minutes to drain after each flush. There is also air bubbling through the toilet bowl whenever the bathroom sink/bathtub is used. All other toilets and sink/bathtub drains in the house seem to be working ok.

Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.
