I bought a new cartridge for a zucchetti basin mixer tap and have got stuck disassembling it. Do not have the right tools. I'm looking for someone who can finish of the disassembly and put it back together again with the new cartridge. I will need a new rubber washer for the bottom of the tap where it goes through the basin hole. The original one has disintegrated.

Hi, I need a plumber or handyman to fix a toilet that has a constant trickling of water running into the bowl. We live in Jannali I have looked inside the tank and narrowed it down to the toilet fill valve (the assembly with the blue cap and float) not shutting off perfectly when the tank is full. I have already checked, and it is not the seal at the bottom of the flush tower/cistern tower. Because the fill valve isn't cutting off completely, the water level gets too high and overflows down into the bowl. Requirements: • Inspect the toilet fill valve to determine if it needs a new internal seal/washer or a complete valve replacement. • Supply and install the necessary parts, or advise me on what to pick up from the hardware store. • Ensure the toilet fills up and shuts off perfectly without leaking. The toilet pump/fill valve needs to be fixed. We think it’s the pump not working probably and might need to be replaced. It sometimes takes a while for the water to fill. And sometimes it doesn’t fill at all.

Our 2 toilets are blocked. I think the blockage is under the house as the kitchen sink and laundry tub seem to be OK. I'm not certain about that. I was unable to remove the clip under the tap handle to remove the tap. It seems to be fused. The hot tap clip can be removed easily.
