Also need a kitchen cabinet hinge repaired or adjusted, as the screws have come loose and the door is misaligned. Please provide a quote. Mixer tap in the kitchen is leaking

I need a cartridge replaced in our shower mixer tap which is currently leaking

My kitchen mixer tap is leaking slightly from the retractable braided hose underneath the sink. **The Details:** * **The Issue:** The leak is coming from a worn spot on the flexible braided hose under the counter (marked with a red circle in image.png and image_4.png). It is currently dripping into the cupboard onto a pad (image_5.png). * **The Tap:** It is a standard mixer tap with a pull-out spray head, as shown above the counter We prefer supply and replace all in one day.

Tap is leaking from the body of the tap (not the spout). Not sure if it needs a new washer/mechanism. Anyone experienced in fixing these types of taps?

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. When the shower is running, water leaks out onto the bathroom floor, and we currently have to use a rolled towel to stop it spreading. 🔧 What I need done: • Inspect the shower screen/door area • Remove old or damaged sealant (if required) • Reseal properly with waterproof silicone • Ensure the leak is fully stopped

Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.
