I'm looking for a qualified plumber to remove an old mixer tap in the kitchen and install new one. I already have the new mixer tap (I've attached photos of the old tap to be removed, and the new one in the box). Many thanks!

One mixer tap has come loose In bathroom, needs a tighten. 2nd mixer tap has poor hot water flow, thinking over tightened by builder possible kink in hose.

There are 3 x new mixer taps, a new shoer head(replace existing holes etc), and new sink to be installed. Old sink and taps to be disconnected.

Need replacement of sink mixer tap. There is also some leakage in the hot and cold water pipes under the sink which need to be mended. I will purchase the new sink mixer tap, but any minor parts like O rings and washer seals which are required for fixing leakage shall be by the plumber.
