Cold tap (handle) is not closing properly: the tap is leaking. Would like to replace the tap with a mixer tap: happy to supply the mixer tap. Alternatively, stop the tap from leaking permanently, if doable.

Kitchen mixer tap is loose/not secured. I tried to tighten it from the inside but the access is difficult because the shelf in the middle cannot be removed (see pictures).
