Tempering valve (15mm) A recent inspection measured bathroom hot water at approximately 58.1°C. Please supply and install a tempering valve to the gravity fed HWS (a Wilson brand - 315L or 400L) and set/test bathroom outlet temperature at approximately 50°C. I understand that because it’s a gravity fed unit, a high flow tempering valve is needed - not a standard valve. 2. Toilet pan cone The inspection report stated that the pan collar passed - not the pan cone: Testing to the flush pipe failed via the pan cone. We need pan cone replacement to the flush pipe. Please supply and replace the faulty pan cone, followed by thorough testing – to confirm there is no leakage when flushing. Important: * Please confirm you are appropriately licensed / registered and provide required compliance documentation. * Please quote a fixed price for BOTH jobs, including labour, standard materials, GST and travel/call-out if applicable. * Please identify any exclusions. * Do not undertake additional work without my approval. * Please note that a bathroom renovation is planned in approximately 6 months, so I want practical repairs rather than unnecessary upgrades.
