Hi, I need a plumber to replace a broken pop-up drain stopper in my bathroom sink. As you can see in the photo, the spring mechanism has failed and the plug has completely detached. Scope of work: Remove the existing broken pop-up waste assembly. Supply and install a new chrome pop-up waste (standard size, likely 32mm or 40mm). Ensure the new unit is properly sealed and there are no leaks under the vanity. Note: The sink has an overflow hole, so please ensure the replacement waste is the "with overflow" version Measurement: If you can, check if the diameter of the drain hole is roughly 32mm or 40mm and mention it in the comments. Overflow: It’s important to emphasize the sink has an overflow (the slot at the top) so they bring the correct version for it to drain properly.

I am seeking a qualified plumber or installer to carry out the installation of a toilet and a wall-hung vanity. The toilet shown in the picture is the unit to be installed, along with the vanity.
