I Require a licensed plumber to attach the new T inspection pipe as the old one was partially broken. It’s a Very simple straightforward job for a plumber. Digging is already completed. You supply necessary your tools to complete the work and any extra pipework if necessary. Must be licensed. Task can only completed after 3pm Monday to Thursday this week or 2:30pm this Friday or anytime on Saturday.
Would highly recommend great experienced friendly reliable plumber solved the problem in no time. Will request for his services again if needed be.

Hot water tap cannot be closed and keeps turning. Had to turn hot water tap off as otherwise it continues to leak. Not sure whether it will need a tap to be replaced. Cold water tap works just fine.

The plumber installed the hose on the cold water. I want that changed to hot water. The floor runoff is also clogged, maybe food remains and whatnot, that has to be cleared, maybe using a pressure wash. I had that done before, but it clogged within a day. I don't know what the issue is.

Our consulting room sink is giving off a strong sewer/faecal-like odour. Water drains fine with no blockage, but the smell persists even when filled with water. Likely an issue with the trap/seal or pipe connection (see photos). Looking for someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the problem.
