Our consulting room sink is giving off a strong sewer/faecal-like odour. Water drains fine with no blockage, but the smell persists even when filled with water. Likely an issue with the trap/seal or pipe connection (see photos). Looking for someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the problem. Location: 35/40 Earl Street, Merrylands NSW 2160 – needs to be done soon.

Outdoor concrete water tank pump not working. Unsure if there is any leaks in the concrete custom tank. Unsure if in and out pipes are flowing or leaking. 1. Open the manhole cover (rectangle) 2. Troubleshoot why pump is not working. 3. Check if anything else is not working 4. Quote any parts for replacement. Pump can be provided upfront and quote to replace it.
