I Require a licensed plumber to attach the new T inspection pipe as the old one was partially broken. It’s a Very simple straightforward job for a plumber. Digging is already completed. You supply necessary your tools to complete the work and any extra pipework if necessary. Must be licensed. Task can only completed after 3pm Monday to Thursday this week or 2:30pm this Friday or anytime on Saturday.

Hot water tap cannot be closed and keeps turning. Had to turn hot water tap off as otherwise it continues to leak. Not sure whether it will need a tap to be replaced. Cold water tap works just fine.

The plumber installed the hose on the cold water. I want that changed to hot water. The floor runoff is also clogged, maybe food remains and whatnot, that has to be cleared, maybe using a pressure wash. I had that done before, but it clogged within a day. I don't know what the issue is.

Our consulting room sink is giving off a strong sewer/faecal-like odour. Water drains fine with no blockage, but the smell persists even when filled with water. Likely an issue with the trap/seal or pipe connection (see photos). Looking for someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the problem. Outdoor concrete water tank pump not working. Unsure if there is any leaks in the concrete custom tank. Unsure if in and out pipes are flowing or leaking. 1. Open the manhole cover (rectangle) 2. Troubleshoot why pump is not working. 3. Check if anything else is not working 4. Quote any parts for replacement. Pump can be provided upfront and quote to replace it. Must have tool to open up the metal/concrete cover. More pictures to be added.
