Hi, I need an end of lease clean completed for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Merrylands this Saturday starting at 1 pm. The job includes a full clean of the entire apartment, including walls. There are also a few areas on walls and doors that need patching and repainting (paint will be provided, but you’ll need your own brushes and rollers). One door also requires installation of a privacy lock (lock will be supplied). There are three balconies to clean. Two are already fairly clean, but the main bedroom balcony has a heavy build-up of pigeon droppings and will need a thorough clean. After the general clean is completed, the job should finish with a professional carpet clean. The unit will be completely empty by 1 pm on Saturday, so you can start immediately then. If needed, the job can be completed on Sunday. Please review the photos and provide a reasonable quote for the full scope of work. Thank you.
