What is required: A licensed plumber (qualified professional authorized by NSW Fair Trading to perform specialized plumbing, draining, and gasfitting work). The problem: We live in a unit. The kitchen taps are high use taps, especially the cold water tap. The current solution of tap washers is not working. We've tried to be gentle with them but they only last a few months before they start dripping again. What I would like: 1. Identify and discuss other possible solutions, for example a ceramic spindle (we're by the ocean so maybe 1000kPa). 2. Install possible solution. If ceramic spindles are the solution, then I'm happy to receive quotes for a reseat, install and test of the kitchen taps. Let's start with the kitchen taps. If we're happy we'll do the 3 sets of taps in the bathroom at a later date.
