The shower leaks in to the floor. There is a plastic strip that can be installed to stop water flowing onto the floor. It’s a bit dirty so prefer if you can provide a new strip. Need to make it waterproof and ensure door still closes properly.

Hello! The floor level of my apartment is below my ground level balcony outside. Over the years, there has been water ingress, likely due to: water saturating the grout under the tiles, wicking sideways and overwhelming the old membrane, and entering the apartment. I have removed the tiles closest to the threshold and attempted to waterproof to no avail. I'm planning to properly waterproof the area, then reinstall tiles with epoxy grout or concrete. I would like someone to come and: 1. Prepare the slab (clean etc) 2. Waterproof, using primer, fillet + bond breaker tape, waterproofing membrane etc 3. Install the epoxy grout/concrete and tiles (if possible) I would like someone with a bit of experience in this field. Happy to provide materials or reimburse along the way. Also happy to hear any other ideas or feedback. Area is about 14m in length, 180mm wide. Flexible with timing, however realistically this will need to be done within a the next month while it is not raining. Thanks! Luke.

The kitchen stain is blocked

Our washing machine wasn’t draining so we had somebody come out to look at it. They said it’s the pipe - checked the u trap and it wasn’t blocked there- needs to be unblocked further in pipe.

The house water pressure is low most of the time and unstable. not sure if there's anything to do with the auto irrigation system, We also found a metre next to the water metre. Pls take a look and see if that's relevant.

Fix toilet seat has come off

Water is leaking in cupboard only when dishwasher is filling. Dishwasher fills from the cold water pipe but the leak appears to be coming from hot water pipe where a pressure reducer is fitted but no longer in use.
