Can someone help me replace the current shower head, with this new bigger one.

Need a plumber to clear blocked storm water drain. Good access to pipe through entry cap. Bought new cap just need drain cleared.

The house water pressure is low most of the time and unstable. not sure if there's anything to do with the auto irrigation system, We also found a metre next to the water metre. Pls take a look and see if that's relevant.

Fix toilet seat has come off

Water is leaking in cupboard only when dishwasher is filling. Dishwasher fills from the cold water pipe but the leak appears to be coming from hot water pipe where a pressure reducer is fitted but no longer in use.

Kitchen sink is leaking from plug hole. We have tried to silicone, and still leaking. This is a short term rental property, so owner will not be there. Can organise for someone to meet you there

1. Need to replace water spout and one tap spindle and reseat. 2. Two spindles cleaned, replace washer and reseat. Parts will not be provided, eg washers if required and water spout (most cost effective). And a one tap spindle.

One of the sinks in the bathroom is blocked. My kids put toilet paper in it! I checked - it is toilet paper and not tissue paper / paper towels etc. The water is standing and not going down.

Have an airbnb with a tennant, and need to fix a leaking dishwasher.. it seems to be pouring water out the front of the integrated door. Model is an AEG brand integrated, approx 8 years old.

Kitchen pipe is leaking, water coming out of pipe. Has to be at 12pm-2pm.
