Find an experienced plumber in Enoggera

I've got a really small easy job to do for a plumber but most likely and handyman could do it too. The tap is leaking as it’s lost its seals. It’s probably easiest to just have my tap replaced I reckon on the laundry sink. See picture attached. I’m based in Enoggera and the earlier you could do the job the better. I have an oldish toilet that needs replacing .

Three toilets all have water running into bowl, need to check valves. Also have low water pressure to upstairs bathrooms to diagnose and fix please.

My down pipe is off course from the roof drain outlet might need n extension and glue it back and on the bottom I may have damage the section of the pipe need fixing that too

Have changed flush valve washer twice but still slow leak/trickle into bowl.

Renovating my ensuite & laundry and I need to shift 3 x hot/cold/drain services to suit the new layout. - The vanity services only needs to move at the most 500mm. - The shower services will need to move about 1000mm. - The laundry services will need to move about 1000mm. I just need the services roughed in to their new locations so it's ready for sheeting/waterproofing/tiling. The house is an old Queenslander with modernised PVC drains & 1/2" copper tubing throughout. Easy access as it is full height under the house and the plumbing is all exposed.

Hoping to get assistance from a Plumber to help stop hammering pipes in a two story Queenslander (rental property). The hammering seems to be triggered by the tap in the granny flat downstairs. It's a tenanted rental property so that's about the extent of what I know. Looking for a licensed and insured plumber to diagnose and stop the hammering.
