Our shower is leaking so we need help with fixing door plastic bit. I think there is gap between doors and plastic stopper is missing. Need help to replace shower. And some other odd jobs

I bought a new kitchen tap and need it installed and the old one removed

There is a patio from which a piece of down pipe is missing. Need to install it.

Plumber to install this coffee machine (ECM Synchronika 2) with the filter (CP-4 Paragon) in, and waste line out, both through a new hole in the stone bench. Need an off tap under the sink. Ideally we could also discuss overflow prevention drains for both sides of the sink. There will probably be a need for some sort of adapter between the filter and coffee machine, per the text screenshot included under Photos.

My shower is leaking and has caused water damage to the small bathroom frame/architrave next to it (swelling, bubbling paint, mould near the bottom). Fridge (freezer section) stopped working,not cold anymore

I’m getting a new LG fridge and need it to be plumbed with an already available water connection point just at the fridge back.

Rain water tank is empty after the recent heavy rains. I am suspecting a water leak on the tank. I need someone to come and check where the leak on the tank and fix it. Also need to align the down pipe from roof to the tank to avoid water spillage during rain.

We recently moved into a house and noticed that the rainwater tank (roughly 4000L) pump is faulty. We believe the rainwater is feeding the toilets, external taps..etc. I am after quotes to removed the old submerged tank pump and replace it with an external pump (so it sits on the outside). I've been recommended the Jetcom102 pump, but open to suggestions of what you think is best. I also wanted to confirm if the water within the tank needs to be emptied prior to replacing the pump? Or if the water can remain - I've attached photos for reference. Just to give you an idea of our water usage, there are 4 adults and a baby so water usage would be moderate to high.
