My hot water system’s tempering valve needs replacement. I will provide the valve. You will need to bring your own tools, tapes, test kits to replace the old valve with the new one and test it. Pls provide additional cost if you were to supply the valve as well.

Plumber to install this coffee machine (ECM Synchronika 2) with the filter (CP-4 Paragon) in, and waste line out, both through a new hole in the stone bench. Need an off tap under the sink. Ideally we could also discuss overflow prevention drains for both sides of the sink.
