Find an experienced plumber in Eight Mile Plains

We recently moved into a house and noticed that the rainwater tank (roughly 4000L) pump is faulty. We believe the rainwater is feeding the toilets, external taps..etc. I am after quotes to removed the old submerged tank pump and replace it with an external pump (so it sits on the outside). I've been recommended the Jetcom102 pump, but open to suggestions of what you think is best. I also wanted to confirm if the water within the tank needs to be emptied prior to replacing the pump? Or if the water can remain - I've attached photos for reference. Just to give you an idea of our water usage, there are 4 adults and a baby so water usage would be moderate to high. I have water tap problems for basin and washing machine. Photo attached 1 Basin taps spindles is rusted out. The cold tap stops turning halfway upon opening. The hot tap is seeping out water when using. Both taps need replacement. 2. Washing machine taps are leaking water badly when it is turned on. Hot water system got something wrong, sometimes it's not hot enough. Can someone come and inspect? Ideally i would like to get the whole hot water system replaced, as it has been quite old already. I have some problems with 2 of my water taps - refer to photos. Tap 1 is on the water supply line beneath the kitchen sink. There's a very slow leak on the valve stem, fills like 500ml over 3-4 days. Tap 2 is the cold water tap at the laundry sink. As I tighten the tap to turn off water, it reaches a point before it spins fully and the water starts running fully again. It's not leaking right now but that's just because I managed to find a "sweet spot" before it spins again. Had the same problem with this tap some time back too. Looking for plumbing services and supply of materials needed.
