I am doing a shower reno and need the two hot and cold water mixer taps to be changed to a single tap. The plumber to provide a mixer tap to match what is in the sink. The shower is leaking. The shower head was recently changed so it could be an issue with the taps. When managed to close the tap really very tight thats how the leak stopped but if we open it again then it’ll become hard to close.

Shower is leaking from the join where it is connected in the wall. The third Photo attached shows the leak. The first two photos shows the shower details. Wayer is running from shower as washer has eroded in the tap. Opened the tap but Need tool to reach inside and open the shank to replace washer. Person need to provide labour and material as property is tenanted.

A caroma branded toilet seat has come away from its hinges. This job entails fixing it with the existing pieces, or repurchasing the caroma parts for reimbursement and installing. I have a Bunnings one minute from my place. You must have your own tools. An invoice is required to finish this task, outlining all costs associated. No invoice? Job can’t be marked as completed. Unblock toilet boys put too much paper

We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.

I got a toilet leak coming out of side of toilet bowl. Please help fix

Our ensuite bathroom toilet is draining pretty slowly after a flush. We believe there may be a blockage (everything else in the house is draining fine). We tried to plunge it last night for quite awhile but we couldn’t get a good seal so it wasn’t really doing anything. We tried the dishwashing liquid trick and we left it overnight. My partner flushed the toilet this morning a few times and said it was fine. I tried it a couple of hours later and it’s now back to draining slowly and the water level is higher than normal in the bowl. I’m hoping it’ll be a quick 5 minute job for someone who’s done this kind of thing before, neither my partner or I are handymen!

Toilet continues to flush water (does not stop) after pressing flush button, need to manually turn off water supply to toilet resovior. Lifting the resoivoir lid and replacing sometimes fixes it.
