Installing Bidet Toilet Spray for my 2 toilets

I am looking for a plumber to change a not working water tank pump to a new one that I will supply.

I have two small plumbing jobs. 1. A seal on a tap in laundry is broken, which results in the tap being unusable as it cannot be turned back off/leaks constantly. 2. The flush mechanism in a toilet tank is broken/misaligned, resulting in the toilet constantly filling with water/flushing. I need both fixed.

The rain bank is leaking, causing the rainwater pump to start every few seconds.

Two bathroom Cisterns needs to be replaced with new ones. I will buy Cisterns. Need you to check photos and advice on compatible models. I don't want the underlying tiles to get replaced.
