We initially installed two mixers for a dual vanity, however that has now changed to a single vanity. The job requires the left mixer to be cut out and removed, and the right mixer to join into the existing pipe work and be positioned to suit the single vanity.

Need 2 mixer taps replaced, 1 in kitchen the other in laundry. I have the taps already.

Our standard, single lever, mixer kitchen tap needs to be replaced. The spout section is sticking to the lever section when it swivels instead of acting independently as it's designed to. Otherwise, the tap works fine. I am looking for a plumber to both supply and replace the tap fitting. The bid price should include the cost of the replacement tap fitting.

Our Bathroom Basin Mixer Tap (Dorf) water flow is very low. I cleaned the mesh, it did not resolve the issue. Apparently it may require water flow control valve adjustment or replacement. I have a brand new replacement tap (if replacement is required). I require a plumber to fix the water flow on one basin mixer and also increase the flow slightly on another similar mixer tap in another bathroom (not as bad and does not require replacement).

Hi, there seems to be a leak from the bathroom shower to the carpet. The shower cubical was inspected and found that the shower screen is leaking onto the floor. So, the water pipes is fine and it is just the shower is leaking onto the floor. We would need someone to help seal the leak with silicon or provide a solution to stop the leaking. Toilet flush water tank creates a vacuum/ suction sound while re-filling the water after use. Refer the photos for further details. Tried cleaning with Vinegar and bleaching power but no use. Any plumbing expert who can explain the reason and fix this? we are okay to replace any parts if required, but no trial and error/ experimenting please.
