Find an experienced plumber in Caringbah

Zip tap in kitchen is dispensing only tap water. Boiling water isn’t coming through and chilled water isn’t working either.

Have recently attempted to DIY a new basin/vanity in bathroom. Have pretty much done 80% of the job but haven’t correctly completed the 40mm waste - (didn’t look right and did leak test and it failed). Need assistance with that final stage. Think I have most of the right fittings etc but potentially may need something that I’m not aware of.

Just wanting my old benchtop replaced and a new sink and tap installed please bring your own tools and someone who knows what they are doing please

I would like to have a shower wand installed by teeing into the existing outdoor shower plumbing. I have the wand as pictured but will need some brass t head stop cocks to be fitted up to enable water selection. The photo of the green tiled setup is the desired outcome.
