Looking for an experienced plumber/handyman to fix three issues at a two-storey house: 1. One shower mixer leaking: After the shower mixer is turned off, water continues to drip from around the mixer/tap area. 2. One toilet keeps running after flushing: After pressing and releasing the flush button, water continues to flow into the toilet pan/bowl and does not stop properly. 3. Leaking downpipe / eaves gutter: One of the downpipes connected to the eaves gutter is dripping from top. The house is two storeys, so access at height may be required.

Shower replacement: Inspect the existing shower fitting and determine whether it can be removed and replaced with a large 250mm square overhead rain shower head with a wall-mounted gooseneck arm. I have photos of the existing shower and the replacement shower I’m considering. Please advise what would be required and install it if suitable. 2. Washing machine: Connect/install the washing machine to the existing water and drainage connections and ensure everything is connected correctly with no leaks. Looking for a qualified plumber to connect an outdoor kitchen sink. The sink and tap have already been assembled and positioned next to the existing hot/cold water and drainage connections. Job includes: - Connect the sink tap to the existing water supply - Connect the sink waste/drain to the existing drainage - Check connections and ensure everything is working correctly with no leaks - Supply any required fittings/adaptors The outdoor kitchen was purchased from overseas, so the supplied hoses may require an adaptor to connect to standard Australian plumbing connections. Existing plumbing points are next to the sink (see photos), so no major new plumbing or pipe runs should be required. Photos attached showing the sink, tap and existing connections. Qualified/experienced plumber preferred.
Julian did a fantastic job. He was professional, punctual and clearly knew what he was doing. He connected everything neatly, made sure it was all working properly and left the area clean and tidy. He also went above and beyond by helping me fix an issue with the sink plug, which I really appreciated. Really happy with the quality of his work and the whole experience. Hi, The water to my laundry and toilet stopped, later I found out it is something to do with the rain water tank. I believe the pump in the tanker failed. I want this to be inspected, as needed fixed or it could also be something else related. For now I bypassed the rainwater tank and have water to the rooms.
