My bathroom sink mixer tap has become very stiff and squeaky to operate. The lever is difficult to move to turn the water on and adjust the temperature.

There's been a water leaking issue of my shower tap before; as such, we hired a plumber to change the washer inside; then it's been fine for a while; however, after a few weeks, it's started leaking again. According to the previous plumber, it seems to require changing the tap also, if we would want to fully root the issue out. Therefore, we need someone who is more professional and approachable to re-examine the issue. And if it does require the full replacement of taps, please include and negotiate the full cost with us. Shower taps need the washers replaced to stop the leaking but I don't have the right tools. The washer nut is recessed into the wall.

The original water proof grouting between the tiles has come off in a couple of areas. This need to be fixed.

Leaking shower. Prob just needs some silicon at the bottom to avoid water scaling on to floor just outside of shower, will say should be in and out within 30min.

The toilet can not flush properly

I have two bathrooms at home: Bathroom A (old part of the house), and Bathroom B (new part of the house). Bathroom A had always drained slowly. Issue started a week ago when Toilet A appeared blocked. It self rectified after a little while, but the problem has been reoccurring since. Air bubbles and loud gurgling can be noticed. Today, associated with the bathroom A blockage, very loud gurgling can be heard across all sinks, including kitchen, and shower areas in both A & B bathroom. Smell of sewerage can be detected in bathroom B accompanying the gurgling. The gurgling lasts a long time (more than 1 hour).

1. Remove and install a wall hung basin (photos attached). A new basin, mixer tap and bottle trap will provided for installation. You will need to remove and dispose the existing basin and install new basin,tap and bottle trap. 2. Fix the toilet flush as it makes whistling noise (photos attached). The toilet flush is working. However, it makes whistling noise during and after flush. Whistling noise would last for a minute till water tank is filled.

I have a blocked toilet on my ground floor At was blocking occasionally until poured in drained chemical I got from bunnings. As you can see from the photo, the water is now coming out of the floor. I need a licensed plumber with the required machine or equipment to fix this properly for me.

shower taps replace (I have bought already) and fix toilet, is hissing with continual water dribble into toilet bowl. Also while here want quote on replace sink with farmers sink and tap set (of if wont fit then tap replaced) and also if you do waterproofing of shower. Need to be available today between 11.30 am to 2 pm. Urgently need a licensed plumber to do the following: 1. Replace existing shower head with new one below. Just the head with coil, not the rail. Toilet is partially blocked and will slowly drain if flushed. It is an upstairs toilet, which is not used for number 2’s anymore.
