The hot water pressure in the shower is ok when you turn it on, but the longer you run it, the pressure decreases. Its ok when you turn the cold water on with it but need the pressure fixed. The sinks seem ok with the hot water…. There are two hot water tanks (one upstairs and one downstairs. The smaller one is for downstairs. I cant seem to post the videos! Maybe i can post it when you comment? Thanks

Hi, I need a really wonky tap fixed. I think the washer is broken. It doesn’t leak but as you can see it’s all wonky. There is also another loose tap that just needs to be tightened but isn’t nearly as bad as the one shown.

We have bought a new tap for the kitchen and want someone to install it. Should be a simple job as there is an existing hole of the correct size… so just need a qualified plumber to make sure it’s done properly. The pic is of the existing tap and the new one is similar but with a hose. The new tap is a “Brodware Winslow kitchen mixer”

New fridge - need to connect to water Water tube is already there, but it is not connected to the fridge - and it runs through the floor to a tap in the basement but the tube is not connected to the tap it’s just sitting next to it. The tap itself is slightly leaky, might need a new seal. Looking for someone to quote to; 1. Connect tube to fridge 2. Connect other end of tube to tap it is sitting next to 3. Fix leaky tap with new seal Ideally done Late Monday / Early Tuesday or Early Wednesday (can’t do after Wednesday midday)
