Need a plumber that knows what they're doing. Bit of a complex job, smells are coming from the kitchen but not necessarily from a drain blockage. Having trouble sussing the root problem,

I am available most days day and night. 1, This needs fixing One shower tap spindle cannot be unscrewed. I tried with tube spanner. It is leaking slowly. I have new tap washers goes inside the tip of spindle. But I don't have the red circle washer. I trust you have it. 2, This needs checking and a quote Below shower cube, at least two PVC joints show slow leakage. Not sure if it is from the joint or from shower floor. Timber close by shows water mark. Need to find out why and quote. 3, This needs quote Two taps of bath tub needs new washers including the red circle. And check the other shower tap I have fixed, if it is done correctly. Need invoice with GST. Thanks in advance.

Our LG fridge has an issue with the defrost drain line. It seems to be blocked or not draining properly, which causes water to accumulate and freeze at the bottom of the fridge. Eventually, the ice melts and leaks water onto the floor. Cubicle toilet in dance studio keeps blocking & overflowing. Need to get this fixed

There's been a water leaking issue of my shower head; as such, I've been trying to unscrew the shower tap to see if it would be as simple as changing the washer inside; after taking off the handle, the tap cover has been unexpected tight; as such, I've tried both the normal and soft wrench to unscrew it; no luck so far Therefore, I need some help here; because after unscrewing the tap covers, I need a licensed plumber to help me further determine if the culprit of leaking water is the washer as expected; if so, I reckon we can exchange the washer straightaway on-site; otherwise, we can discuss the future plan of fixing the seat and the cost; either way in the end, we need to put the tap cover and handle back ...

I need to remove the old sink mixer from the kitchen sink first, and then install the new single handle one (which has already been purchased).

There’s Hot &cold option they need to turn on and main broken water switch need to hardly press to open. Plz see picture, it seems broken and need replace it!

Install splitter on cold water outlet under kitchen sink so a dishwasher can be connected. Photo shows dishwasher currently connected to two way splitter on hot water outlet. Will need your help moving this over to the new cold water splitter once installed. Thanks

Need a plumber to change a shower head.

Main shower water pressure is low. Water pressure is fine at all the other showers and taps. Would like someone to have a look and see if it can be fixed.

Dripping noise heard once one occasion in kitchen ceiling which is directly below bathroom at upper level. Another occasion was drainage water back flowed out of drain in middle of bathroom while shower in use (first time it happened yesterday)
