Moved in and need the levelling done on Electrolux 700

Repair a leaking tap in the ensuite bathroom.

Washing machine and installation and leveling, after replacing existing floor with new tiles, was previously installed. Ideally done sometime this weekend.

Current toilet waste/drain will need to be relocated for installation of new toilet suite. Existing set-out is 195-200cm, new toilet set-out is 140cm (see attached). Job includes: * remove the existing toilet. * involves accessing under the house (subfloor void approx 40-50cm height) and adjusting the connection point to suit the new toilet set-out (under the tiles it is concrete floor). * refill/patch the existing hole with concrete mix. * installing the new toilet suite once the tiling completed. * labor and necessary materials, eg PVC pipe, sealing material/tape etc if any ... Owners: * tiling job * disposal rubbish (old toilet)

I have a tap which is dripping water from the spout that needs to be fixed

The bathroom drain is partially blocked and water is draining very slowly, causing water to build up during showers. Looking for someone to inspect and clear the blockage so the drain flows normally again. Flexible with time but ASAP. Please bring your own tools/equipment. Any additional repair advice is also appreciated.

The task involves removing existing wall tap sink set that is leaking and installing new wall tap sink set (supplied). First photo is new tap set to be installed, second and third photos are the leaking existing wall tap set to be removed

1. Toilet seat has a slow temporary trickle leak from the base when flushed 2. Diagnostic work and repair for leak from upstairs bathroom. The carpet outside the room gets wet without a clear reason. I suspect a leak that may be under the tiles 3. Tightening of toilet seat attachments

I have three minor plumbing tasks: 1. Laundry Tap: the water flow from the tap is very low. Rotating the mini cistern tap underneath does not seem to change the flow. Need someone to find out why and fix it. 2:Kitchen Sink:Water is leaking from an unused branch (spigot) on the drain pipe. Need to seal. 3.Bathroom Sink:There is a leak at the junction of the drain pipe (near the large white nut).

I bought new pump to replace my busted pump. It is the same exact model (Lacron Grange 100). Unfortunately, with the new pump, it comes with an extension at the two connection points, which mean the existing (white) pipes are slightly too long now. I need help with cutting the existing pipes (a few centimetres) and connect new pump to the pipes. It should be a fairly quick job. Note picture no.2 shows how the old pump was fitted. Literally its screwing the caps on both ends (takes 5 seconds once the pipes have been been cut).

I am looking for an experienced handyman or plumber to replace a bathroom basin mixer. I have attempted to remove the existing basin mixer but have run into an issue with one of the screws. The screw appears to be an Allen key variant or a non standard fitting, and a standard Phillips head screwdriver has not worked. The screw is extremely tight and may be seized. I can provide and attach clear photos of the basin mixer and the stuck screw to the task for reference. I am open to purchasing a chrome lever style basin mixer if the tasker already has one available and suitable. Please note the listed budget is for labour only. Any parts or fittings would be paid separately. Hi, I need a toilet cistern repaired. It's a Caroma standard dual-flush toilet. CURRENT ISSUES * The flush button does not pop back up after flushing. The cistern does not refill properly unless the button is manually lifted. * There is a leak inside the cistern due to an incorrect rubber seal. WHAT I NEED DONE - Replace the rubber seal/washer with the correct size for proper sealing. - Realign or adjust the flush/button mechanism so it springs back up automatically. PLEASE NOTE - You may need to supply the correct rubber/washer. I’m comfortable with you purchasing the part and I’ll reimburse for materials. - I prefer someone who has done toilet/cistern repairs before. I’m flexible with timing, but preferably in the next day or two.

Need to have toilet seat removed. Screws under toilet are tight. Also install new seat. Bunnings will do this for $69

Taps in bathroom sink, bath tub and shower to be replaced . taps will be supplied.

The old shower head elbow for connecting to the wall water outlet is broken. Need to connect a new shower head elbow to the wall water outlet. Note: I tried to connect myself but the angle towards to the wall is not straight, the thread might be torn. If forcing in, it might cause further damage to the thread and water leakge might be present as well.
