I’m looking for a licensed plumber or experienced handyman to replace our current kitchen taps (separate hot and cold knobs) with a single lever mixer tap, as shown in the photos. This is for my grandmother, who has arthritis and is finding it difficult to tighten the existing taps. The lever-style tap will be much easier for her to use. Our toilet started to leak on the floor. And our bathroom tap has come loose.

We have a macerator toilet - they have put pipes over the top of the box so we are unable to maintain it or clean it. Now the toilet is not flushing properly. Pipe goes from wall across the box then into toilet. We will need to redo that pipe and move it so we can open the box.
