Our toilet started to leak on the floor. And our bathroom tap has come loose.

We have a macerator toilet - they have put pipes over the top of the box so we are unable to maintain it or clean it. Now the toilet is not flushing properly. Pipe goes from wall across the box then into toilet. We will need to redo that pipe and move it so we can open the box.

water leak on the floor from apartment wall hung toilet, we removed the lid of the toilet tank, turned off the water supply valve, and ensured that no one used the toilet. After a period of time, we noticed that the water level in the tank continued to drop. There is no visible leakage from the toilet drain, so we believe the issue may be with the tank itself?
