Hi! I’m looking for an experienced pool cleaning specialist to remove what appears to be black spot algae from my swimming pool in North Ryde. The pool is saltwater with a Pebblecrete surface. There are numerous stubborn black spots on the steps, walls and floor that won’t come off with regular brushing. I’m looking for a proper treatment to remove the algae and prevent it from returning, preferably without draining the pool. Please let me know if you have experience treating black spot algae and what your service includes. Photos attached.

The pool is approximately 12 m × 4 m and holds around 60,000 litres. We have a Dolphin M700 robotic cleaner that runs daily, but mature trees mean leaves and debris need regular attention. Servicing is required every two weeks in summer and every four weeks in winter, preferably on a Friday. The pipes are coming out of a pool full of water and must be a pool professionally that has done it before. One of the pipes is slowly leaking. The other is a 90 degree turn we are looking to change for a hard piece to replace it.
