2 toilets fill valves don’t work properly and it takes 15/20 minutes for tank to refill. Need both mechanisms replaced. Toilet is a caroma. Please see attached pics.

Dishwasher needs to be correctly installed at three points in the cavity under bench. Currently it is only attached at one point. The top point needs to have some packing placed under the stone bench top to be secured. The third side will need to be attached to tiles.

Hi, we are experiencing a drainage issue in our bathroom. • When we use the sink or flush the toilet, the shower drain makes gurgling noises • The toilet is flushing slower than normal • There is a sewer smell coming up from the drains • The problem affects the shower, sink, and toilet at the same time We have used chemical drain cleaners a few times, which may have made the blockage worse. Also, the shower drain did not have a hair strainer for a long time, so a significant amount of hair may have gone down the drain. This seems like a blockage in the main drain line and possibly a venting issue. We are looking for someone with an electric drain snake or high-pressure jet blaster to properly clear the main line. The shower leaks in to the floor. There is a plastic strip that can be installed to stop water flowing onto the floor. It’s a bit dirty so prefer if you can provide a new strip. Need to make it waterproof and ensure door still closes properly.

Our washing machine wasn’t draining so we had somebody come out to look at it. They said it’s the pipe - checked the u trap and it wasn’t blocked there- needs to be unblocked further in pipe.
