The dogs have scratched at the drywall where the doors to outside are. The front door will get away with just a spakfilla and a coat of paint although the wall next to sliding door has deep gouges and will take a bit more to repair, may still be able to sand it back and replaster it before painting it. We want to make some changes to our existing carport, after the plaster ceiling fell down. We want to replaster cathedral style, leaving exposed trusses. We are also wanting to reduce the amount of timber up there. Wanting a carpenter to review the structure, hopefully removing some of the lower hanging beams, maybe reinforcing the trusses higher up. To ultimately have more height before any woodwork. Potentially even removing the front and rear facades, so it is just the frame and roof left. Like the steel framed example in the images. I know it can never be exactly like this, but as close to. There is quite a lot of timber, hoping some can be (re)moved. The roof is corrigated sheets, so not much weight up there.
