Looking for an experienced plasterer/painter to: - Reinstall ceiling insulation where it has been removed - Patch and plaster multiple ceiling openings (see photos) - Tape, skim and feather joins so they’re invisible once finished - Sand smooth - Prime and repaint the affected ceiling areas to match existing white ceiling Details: - Apartment in Balaclava (easy access) - Holes are in the kitchen, hallway and living area Happy for this to be a 2-visit job if required for curing Please quote for labour, materials and any additional prep or protection required for new timber floors. Experience with ceiling repairs is essential. Photos attached so you can see the scope clearly. Additionally (secondary scope): We’d also like the skirting boards repainted throughout the apartment. This isn’t critical to be done at the same time, but please let me know if this is something you can include or quote for separately.

I have 2 sections of my internal walls which need to be repaired. One section needs new framing, installation of plasterboard and skirting board. The other just needs installation of skirting board. I have purchased plasterboard, skirting and timber required.

I had two holes in my wall from GPOs that had been relocated. I need the patched professionally as they are visible. Ignore the hole with the cables. The electrician is finishing that GPO relocation. It’s the holes left by the original PowerPoints that need repairing.

Replace Plaster around window where it has been removed for building works. Need to provide plaster, any trims and securing battens for the job. Finish needs to be ready for painting. (Happy for you to also paint if the price is right)

Bedroom ceiling skimmed including infill of two redundant vents.

The dogs have scratched at the drywall where the doors to outside are. The front door will get away with just a spakfilla and a coat of paint although the wall next to sliding door has deep gouges and will take a bit more to repair, may still be able to sand it back and replaster it before painting it. Please include for painting too please.

Need to plaster around window. I will further strip back plaster above window. I have plasterboard, pvc beading, plaster multi-purpose already. Just not confident in plastering the window area myself. Want the full window border plastered. I don't have spray adhesive for the pvc beading, but I do have joint/stud adhesive. Want this done asap.

I’ve removed a built-in bookshelf from my living room, which has exposed internal framing strips and left some damaged plasterboard sections. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to restore the wall to a clean, smooth, paint-ready finish. It’s just one wall only — approximately a little over 3 metres wide and 1.5 metres high. Install Art Deco Cornice to bedroom, with exiting brick walls. Cornice is on site ready to install from next week. Cornice style in photos from rest of house. Must be competent in this style of plaster work.
